zero support, can't get in contact with a human, multiple bugs, AI support only. DO NOT install this app if you prioritize your customer experience. Update: after we uninstalled the app the team reached out to us and was helpful at fixing the bugs that the app caused asap. I am grateful for their help in fixing the issues but it would have been even more helpful if they could have helped us when we tried to resolve it previously.
Genuinely, fantastic. Nilou, their representative, was online immediately after installing to help with a few small issues, and ironed them out in minutes. Very impressed
