I just discovered Subify last night and I had multiple questions about the service. I used chat to communicate with Subify representatives this morning and all of my questions were answered promptly. Melika was very helpful and informative. I am now in the process of setting up my subscriptions and it seems easy enough. If I do have any difficulties I'm sure Melika will be there to assist me. This app is pretty good. Customers can have a hard time finding out how to update their subscriptions, so I get a lot of emails about that, but hopefully now that the payment warning function is enabled it will help. They have great customer service. I've always gotten timely and helpful responses and they have been patient helping me work out kinks and resolve issues. We've definitely gained and retained a good amount of income from using subify

Migration took longer than expected due to legacy issues we had with our theme and various old apps we had installed. The team did work with us closely to resolve issues encountered every step along the way. There are features that were required features we were missing along the way and most of them were released within 2-3 weeks and some have not been implemented. Overall, the app dashboard is easy to use and the live chat is prompt in responding to queries as well.

Used it for a few weeks now, so far the support has been INCREDIBLE. Which is surprising for Shopify apps. Support is AWESOME, super fast, and super easy to contact, so far a 10/10 experience. I will update this review if my experience changes

Great app, I've been running subscription services for 10 years and this is by far the easiest to use.

If you are switching over from Subbly, or need help with migrating your customers, please don't waste your time on this app. I am so sorry, the service is run by bots & its actually really sad that this is my first bad review I have ever left. I hope it helps another business owner make a better choice... go with another app.
