It's good, but please add a subscription migration option from other apps like WC etc

This app is easy to use and has excellent customer service. I'm glad I decided to try them out. There are multiple options and customization. Aliya from customer service was awsome and fixed my problem fast.

I just installed this today in my shop and the first thing that I noticed was that customer service reached out to see if I needed any help. I thought that was very nice. Nareh helped me navigate the app and answered all of my questions. She was a delight to work with!

Aliya is the absolute best! She talked me through how to set up different payment options like shipping monthly and prepaying 6 months. This app is also really user-friendly. At the end of our conversation, she looked through my listing to make sure it was correctly set up. I am truly grateful!

It needs some improvements here and there, but overall I am happy with support experience, the fact that they have free plan and are working hard to make you feel heard and making improvements.

I have been absolutely thrilled with Subify. To give some context, I created my first subscription and was originally signed up with a different subscription app (the 'big one' from the app store). The NIGHT BEFORE my big launch, I realized that the other subscription app wasn't working properly in my store. I decided to switch to Subify 8 hours before my big launch. Their customer service team was INCREDIBLE and was helping me in real time. Their support was 11/10- everyone was extremely informative and helped me set up my account in just 2 hours. My launch was sooooo easy and after 3+ weeks of using Subify- I'm thrilled with the results. It's truly the best subscription app on the Shopify app store. My customers love it and I've had no problems with the integration to my store. If I could give Subify 6 stars, I would!

I can really recommend the app. The support is easy to reach and they are very straightforward. I was able to make my wishes for the widget design and they were adjusted afterwards. The subscription feature is also easy to use. Once you take a few minutes, it's pretty easy. Many thanks to Nareh and team ;-) ____ Ich kann die App wirklich empfehlen. Der Support ist gut zu erreichen und sie sind sehr unkompliziert. Ich konnte meine Wünsche für das Widget Design anbringen und sie wurden danach angepasst. Auch die Abo Funktion ist einfach zu handhaben. Sobald man sich ein paar Minuten nimmt, ist es ziemlich einfach. Vielen Dank an Nareh und Team ;-)

La app es muy fácil de usar e intuitiva. Me gusta que tenga un plan gratuito que permite probar la aplicación y ver su utilidad. Aún teniendo el plan gratuito la atención al cliente es muy cuidada y atenta. Tiene la posibilidad de integrar con varias apps como Klaviyo, Mailchimp...lo cual es muy positivo. La recomiendo 100% para negocios que les interese promocionar sus productos mediante suscripciones.

It was easy to install and allows me the assurance that my repeat customers are going to be charged monthly so I don't have to worry about invoicing them and waiting for them to pay. It has been such a help with my recurring memberships I have going.

Good app, good customer service. I wish they didn't have a ton of tiered pricing. I'm missing the analytics aspect but dont wanna upgrade.
