I have been using Subliminator for my POD store for awhile now and it has been outstanding. The couple of issues I did have were corrected quickly by support. I highly recommend!

i tested it out ... customer service responded fast and i like that .. i did the express shipping so it came faster ... i like that you are able to track the package easy so you know where it is at... the quality is awesome i ordered the basketball shorts... i should have ordered my first sample a long time ago

Subliminator is without a doubt the most reliable and communicative provider out of all the providers I have been using and provides a consistently high-quality product that I have never had a complaint about. Don't listen, or even believe, a lot of these negative reviews. I am a member of the Facebook group of users of Subliminator and the owner of the business is very communicative and helpful, as are the other users (of which there are hundreds or maybe thousands), but we see these people complaining all the time and it's always the same thing: 1. They expect the product to be shipped in 2 days. Subliminator may occasionally take a little longer than other providers, but not by that much. As long as you are transparent about the timeframe, customers are only too happy to wait. 2. People are talking about using other apps like Printify. They absolutely can't compete unless they resell Subliminators hoodies. 3. Many of these people never place an order and complain because they want someone to hold their hand and walk them through it. It's their own incompetence they should be annoyed at. These same people come into the groups and ask everyone for designs, niches, software, providers, "whats the best product". They don't do any research, have no idea, and just want to make money quick and get annoyed when they realise it might take a little effort. Every single product I have sent out has been given rave reviews, with people coming back to buy 5 or more. Customer service is always available during extended working hours (though they aren't 24/7 but that's fine), and they always action a request and get back to you via email if they have to. Most reliable and consistent POD supplier out there

The quality of the product was decent and the print was clear and vibrant, but the customer service was nonexistent and they took forever to even send my product out to me. Even when they did ship the product, they didn't even notify me when my order was sent. I didn't know when to expect the product and I couldn't track it. I don't see myself using this service in the future.

I just LOVE the way my high school alumni jerseys turned out that I had printed and fulfilled by Subliminator! Everything about my experience with them from mocking up on the website, to ordering, the quality and customer service has been the best. This most recent time, I had a pretty huge order and everything went so smoothly and I’m so thankful. Everything was right on time and the jerseys look amazing.

So I've been using this POD for about 3 years now. They are my go to. For every 10 issues I have with the other big PODs I maybe get one with subliminator. Unlike those others subliminators customer service is always very responsive and quick to fix real issues. The product quality is always top notch and feels very premium. My only complaint is that they don't come out with more items as fast as I'd like but that also has to do with the deep research and development of every product they make. Nothing you create is generic in fit and feel. If every other POD dropped off the market I'd be totally fine running any store with only subliminator products. Also, I'd like to add their Facebook page is always active and the owner constantly answers questions you may have as well as creates videos to show the newest upcoming products and what they are working on. I recommend this one shop above all others to any store

Used Subliminator for some items in our clothing brand lineup over a year ago…customer service was pretty much non existent then. Decided to give them another try but hadn’t uploaded ANY of their products on our website. They literally just attempted two charges of $276.00 within the last few minutes…but my bank caught it.

When subscriptions aren't cancelled, they remain active and this can lead to unexpected charges - we totally get how that can catch you off guard. Hope you improved your shipping, I had seen your product in one of the youtube it looks great but your shipping very very very very very terrible!!! it takes FOREVER for the test order we made. You gave us tracking number which is nowhere to trace. Very very Disappointed.

When it comes to some places around the globe, like Singapore where your order was heading, we have to admit, the shipping options can be a bit tricky. It's sort of like we're stuck playing a game with some unpredictable rules. Definitely, this can mean the journey of a package might take a bit longer compared to popular destinations like the USA or France. Yet, it's no excuse for keeping you in the dark. customer service is non existent I HATE when you can not get help form a person, no response to emails, also do not like that they offer "Free shipping" its just padded into the cost of the item, and you pay more for shipping for multiple items in the long run, making it more expensive and making it less profitable. its not a bad app but it could be better. Depends on what selection you are looking for .

Hi Haydee, Looked up your account a bit, and I can't seem to find any communication from your side inside our support channels. No email (based on the email you used on the single order you created and cancelled), and no chats on your name either. So I'm not entirely sure what went wrong there, but I would love to find out! We actually have a very active support team, that's available through live chat 24/7 or that can be reached through our email [email protected] Also please note that our products are always mentioned as "including shipping" and not "free shipping". Shipping is indeed added together with the product cost, and we're quite transparent about this. So we're not trying to call it "free shipping either". So perhaps we missed a step somewhere and used the wrong word, and if that's the case our sincere apologies. Would love it if you could still give us a chance, and order a sample for yourself. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the quality we provide. Our support team has been notified as well to pay extra attention if a message comes in from you, which we can't seem to find until now. The products are great with good quality and Manufacturing Times are good However for business in Latinoamerica I would not recommend Subliminator. The Shipping times are almost 2 months or more (I am still waiting my samples) and that kill any POD Online Store you want to create. With other POD Supplier my samples got arrived in only 2 weeks from China. I recommend to Subliminator please review and improve this shipping times. THanks

Do not use subliminator. Orders are taking forever and promised refunds don't get paid. Here are 5 reasons why you should not use Subliminator: 1) Since they upgraded their app mid December they are dropping the ball significantly. I have 3 orders from 22 days ago still not being processed for production. Also, who updates their app in the middle of the busiest season. Clearly not very smart. 2) To make it worst, I got lied to by their customer service team for days on end and never got a clear answer what is going on. They always say that they will contact the factory but they never follow-up or provide an update. 3) I just happened to see an announcement on their Facebook page that there are now 4-7 extra days of delays. No email was send out so you could only find out by going to their Facebook page. You would think that this was important during the peak holiday season. 4) They promised me a refund on the worst delayed orders but I still have to receive that. They keep telling me that they will refund but no money has been received 10 days after being promised. I refunded all my customers already so I am negative on these transactions. 5) Customer service is absolutely clueless and offer no help so do not bother asking them anything.
