Using this app for a client, but the Ga integration didn't work. ReCharge went out of their way to help us, hence thank you for this! Also app works fine.
These are definitely the best option if you are looking to offer subscriptions on your site. They offer a lot of different features out of the box and everything works well with Shopify. We have been using them for the last 7 months, and in that time the support has got immeasurably better. Would highly recommend

Hi there folks at ReCharge! I'm writing to you today because of Denis R., who is just the freakin' best. Denis answered my question (which was all I expected), but then gave me ways to investigate the issue and avoid it in the future. He went above and beyond and was so helpful. As a customer support person myself, I love having positive conversations and dang. Denis. Dude. You're so positive it's contagious. Please give Denis one of those giant cookies that's like the size of a pizza. Maybe even bigger than that? Break a world record, because Denis deserves it. As Jean Luc Picard said, "make it so."
Recharge continues to improve each year, adding new features and capabilities. Can't wait for the day it can fully integrate with Shopify checkout API, I am sure it will come eventually. Their support is top notch

ReCharge has been pivotal in offering our customers customizable subscription options. They are easy to work with, quick to respond (we utilize an upgraded option for quicker reply time), and offer a very intuitive software.
We use this app for coffee subscription services. It is typically very user friendly, and when we are not able to figure something out, Recharge has an amazing team of customer support reps who are quick to assist. Thank you Katrina - we really appreciate it!

We initially had issues with the app and our ability to view customer information within shopify. I am happy to report that ReCharge DID fix the issue and we are now able to do all of the functions through shopify as promised. This app is very user friendly for the end user and places automatic subscription orders while sending customers a notification with time to allow them to increase, reduce, swap, cancel, or update before each order is placed. It also allows us to adjust the order for the customer as they sometimes request. I've gone from frustrated to impressed. I thank ReCharge for working out a fix and for sticking with it. This review update is my thanks for their hard work and for making it happen. UPDATE: 2/7/24: After several years of recharge use, recharge has gone from a fee structure designed to make money with you as you grow, to a structure designed to make money off of you. With an increase of over 1000%, even good customer service like described above, does not compensate for corporate greed. Goodbye Recharge.
I've been using ReCharge for my subscription orders for a bit now. Simple to set up and good customer service when I run into questions or issues. I definitely recommend!
This isn't my first time working with Recharge and it won't be my last. Recharge found the sweet spot of people + process. The team is incredible and beyond supportive. S/O to Ben M, Jaden W, & the wonderful Christian!!!! (Christian is truly the support rep of my dreams, so helpful! Everyone really cares about the tool and pushing towards improvements/reviews. I could not recommend more!
