Brilliant app and fantastic support from Javaughn - top in class. Would highly recommend to scaling business looking for a serious infrastructure. They didn't become market leader eating crisps while watching Netflix.

Good app but when you face any problem their customer service is not existent. This is so frustrating. When you have to pay for shopify and their app. We have 5 shopify stores and we use a lot of apps. This one has simply the worst customer service you can imagine. They just don't care because when they lock you in it's hard to get out. Just go through their facebook and read the comments everyone has the same complain. You wait weeks for any relevant answer. YES WEEKS.

Rockstar Ronnie to the Rescue. Ronnie gets it done. Every. Single. Time. Fast? Check! Knowledgeable? Double Check! Responsive? Tripe Check! Ronnie was able to fix multiple issues over the course of my launch to get things up and running as fast as possible. I know there are a lot of requests that come in but Ronnie made me feel like I had personal concierge service!

Integration not smooth, support would be wise to dig into why it's not working before assuming it's a third party page builder.

Loved the support received from Recharge's Customer Support team. Shoutout to Isidora! Very helpful with workflows and giving me a step-by-step guide on integrating them with rulesets.

It's simple to use, but sometimes the communication with shopify is not 100% clear refund through shopify or recharge). We also had issues with the translation app "Translation Lab". I find the price a bit elevated when comparing to alternatives. Super happy to see quality of customer service.

I am incredibly pleased with the ReCharge Support Staff, notably Tarek A. I was able to get quick solutions from Tarek (that others said could not be done) and I'm thrilled! I've always received quick and smart responses and great attention to detail and my concerns. I told them they deserve a promotion and I wish I had the authority to give them one! I spoke to so many people about different setup questions and possibilities - from our team, Shopify, and even ReCharge and Tarek provided the only solutions that have worked, accommodated all facets of my concerns, and were very simple to set up (this has happened on multiple occasions). Communication is always thoughtful, clear, and concise. High praise from All-Star Nutrition! Thank you so much!

Great support through the onboarding process. Has done everything we expected for supporting our subscription offering. The new theme for the subscriber portal is a huge improvement.

We use ReCharge on many Shopify stores, both large and small. It is the most advanced subscription platform out there, with a great developer experience. I highly recommend it.

We've been partnering with Recharge for a few years, and they've come along way. Recently they've made a lot of strides in amplifying their technical capabilities. They've listened to our needs as a brand and provide awesome customer support for our team! Would definitely recommend.

I wish i could give 5 stars, but it is still not set up after many many emails. I am so disappointed in this app. it has cost me a lot of sale, I cant even launch it because of all the issues. which I am sure could be resolved if I was responded to quickly and with detailed information

We recently switched over to Shopify Plus and they recommended this app (as did our development agency HulkApps). I understand why, super customizable! Love it.
