Jairus was fantastic in helping with a number of complicated integrations, this was the second time I've worked with him and ReCharge and I can't recommend them and him highly enough.

Renata was a responsive support Rep. She understood our mission and goal and found solutions. She walked me through our options and solutions, provided a timely update, and sent a video to reference in case I need to make these updates myself in the future. One of the best Recharge Reps I have worked with!

Definitivamente, la mejor solución para ofrecer suscripciones en tu tienda online, Funciona bien en México siempre y cuando tengas Stripe o Paypal como pasarela de pago. El equipo de Recharge es muy profesional y el seguimiento y soporte que dan es increíble. Lo único malo es que TODA la comunicación con ellos es en inglés (videollamadas y correos) sería buenísimo que tuvieran un representante que hable en español.

This app has been fantastic for our subscription program. I've also been impressed with their customer support either by chat or email. I recently had a rather big issue and the support rep, Norm, was great. He provided me step-by-step instructions and I was able to get the problem resolved.

Recharge support is fantastic and it's been my default recommended subscription solution. The few times we've needed to get in contact about our migration to the new version, pricing concerns or API issues they've always been quick to help. Their product does everything we need and their API has allowed us to integrate our subscription data in to other systems.

Recharge has the best customer service ever! They are so quick and helpful. We have a high volume of subscriptions and have run into some issues and the team, especially Juan C., have been very hands on in helping us come up with a temporary solution.

Great customer service by Taylor P but there's still room for improvement in the app, in terms of regenerating updates from Shopify to Recharge. Is there a timeline for regeneration or updates will be made automatically could be implemented anytime soon? As for now, I find it a bit frustrating and efficient whenever I make a change in the Shopify setting, I would need to let the Recharge team know so they can help regenerate.

Customer support is does not meet our expectations... they will only do email... will not get on the phone with you, dance around the issue and rarely fix it. I end up having to add other apps or find work arounds to make my site work properly with the app

We migrated to Shopify from WC in the last 30 days. We could not figure out how to move our active memberships. Submitted a ticket for support. 11 days later received a response to that ticket. By then we’d already taken other action. Very disappointing.

We've looked into Recharge as we will be exploring subscription options in the future for our business. Set up was simple, quick, and easy. I also spoke with Ben from their team who provided insight on the product and was very helpful. Looking forward to being able to leverage the app to see further growth for our e-commerce portion of business.

Truly an awful system that we have nothing but issues with. There is always some limitation or issue to face.. nothing is straight-forward or easy. Customers can never update the subscriptions themselves and often email me stating they have tried so many times to change something and they give up. I will be changing to another system as soon as I possibly can!

This app had legal terms that covered the checkout page. I never was able to find a way to remove this. The legal terms covered other text. I was only able to move the widget around on the page but never remove the legal terms. This made the app unusable. If the app covers your websites text and makes reading about your product impossible why use this app?

Waited a little while but the response came within 12 hrs. Probably due to different time zones. I must say, Recharge has one of the most helpful support teams. Julmar responded and assisted promptly with patience and displayed expert knowledge on the platform. What felt daunting in the beginning diminished quickly. Thank you Julmar and I'm quite happy with the level of integration and modularity this app has to offer. One customer has already feedbacked positively...a great experience is certainly beneficial to any business.
