I migrated from Ordergroove, because at the time Ordergroove was only really for enterprise level clients. Recharge helped me through the entire process of migration. The platform is very user friendly and great for smaller brands looking to scale.

Der Chat war direkt erreichbar und hat uns schnell den Lösungsweg einfach und verständlich erklärt. Beim anschließenden Support per E-Mail stand die gleiche Person zur Verfügung, sodass man nicht alles neu erklären musste. Auch hier wurden Fragen zügig beantwortet und das Problem könnte gelöst werden.

I've been using Recharge for a while now, and have always had a positive experience. In the last few days, I have been experimenting with some slightly more complex elements within the page designs and was stumbling at getting my subscription app to work correctly with Recharge. However, I reach out to their support team and was helped every step of the way by Eduardo who personally helped me fix the issue that was arising. Clearly, Eduardo offered some out-of-scope support which I massively appreciate. Thanks!

Have been using Recharge now for over 4 years. Great App with super customer service and very speedy sorting out any tweaks. We recently updated our theme and had some minor issues with the widget. Recharge done all they could within their means and recommended eShop Genius to us for further dev work with up to 5hrs free dev. Nick from the eShop quickly got back to us and fixed our issues. 5* service thank you Nick and Recharge

Overall customer support is good and responsive. they helped with my issues in a timely manner. features are good and the subscription product works great with shopify Difficult to manage your own account settings, not clear how to manage yoru plans or see your cumulative fees

Can someone please get back to me. Since 6 months ago we are requesting to convert to a Shopify checkout integration as recharge is not compatible with out delivery date selector Zapiet. Customers can't make any new subscriptions as no-one can checkout with a subscription product at the moment. I've messaged and emailed so many times to your support team, please please please help.

We've used Recharge as our subscription solution since 2019. In the past year in particular, we've seen Recharge make big strides in product development and customer support. Our CSM, Gordon, is always responsive and has been a great advocate for us in getting needed features launched. We're excited about what the future holds for us and Recharge and look forward to a continued strong partnership in the coming years.

Great onboarding and account management. We have a special "personalized" bundle setup where we need to add/remove products from subscriptions and Recharge's team has been very supportive and they still are. We have a direct Slack connection to their API support team and their account managers are very responsive and supported us in migrating from our previous subscription provider. If you're looking for committed B2B support to help you get set up and run your subscription business, Recharge is a great way to go in my experience.

Absolute garbage. Where to even begin? Save yourself a LOT of headaches and don't come anywhere near this horrendous app. Horrendous functionality, horrendous support, horrendous documentation. Absolute joke but not funny.

I know that may be setting the bar high – but I'm confident this will be your experience too. I hate writing reviews (I've got too much to do and they feel like a waste of time). Subscriptions are one of the most critical online revenue streams for a business and ReCharge is simply, the best app on the market. It's easy to use and implement, run analytics and reports, manage subs internally, and the UI for customers to manage their own subscriptions is really great too. The only drawback is that third party tools like ReCharge don't always play nice with Shopify or updated Themes. Fortunately, ReCharge works with e-shop Genius to alleviate such issues. And e-shop Genius is extremely responsive, professional, and very efficient at solving problems. Recently, we had an issue with ReCharge not working with Collection pages and we received an overnight solution to a complex problem. Special thanks to Nick!!!

I recommend this app to others because it can give us a ability to have separate shipping profile for subscription products. Also, we can reach out to customer support any time and the resolution time doesn't take longer.
