Prepare to annoy and frustrate your most loyal customers, and receive numerous emails to help manage their subscriptions. App is so buggy at the moment that I can't even manage my own subscriptions with them. If I, the owner, can't do it, you better bet your customers can't. Been using them for over a year!

Such an easy app to use, and the support is awesome! AJ was soooo helpful and fast. We have used this app since we opened our Shopify store in 2019. We use a different subscription model than most, which has led us to a few bumps in the road. However, Paul Hughes has been the absolute best at getting us the solutions we need to overcome these issues. We continue to grow our business and ReCharge helps us become more efficient as we do.
We have been using Recharge since early 2017 - being a start up company they are definitely very helpful and attentive to our requests, issues, and needs. Each representative that I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and provides me on-time support and listens and understands my inquires. We have had great conversations with account managers, Nilyria, Matt, and support engineer, Karis. The app is very easy to use from the admin and customer portal side.
I was willing to cope with the many technical issues. But you have neglected my support request for over a week on a very important theme launch, despite the numerous emails I've sent. You don't even have a customer service number. As a paying customer, what other options do I have to get my issues resolved? This is unacceptable. My project timeline has now been completely derailed because of ReCharge's inaction. Please please fix this now.

We haven't had the app long so we are still testing everything, but the customer service so far has been amazing. We ran into a few issues with set up and implementation and Nigel S. was able to help us every step of the way.
