The first set up was very easy. Afterwards I needed some help. It was great service with rest of the integration of the app in our store. They reply and help is very quickly. We have a couple of request for some changes, and they will look into this for us. Very happy with that it will be taken into consideration for developing our wishes.

Sufio covers perfectly our needs : custom flows, custom design, multi-language. Support team is also very reactive with always good advices.

We use Sufio for Dog with a Mission and it integrates perfectly with Shopify. It keeps our administration clean and handles our invoices automatically. What I really appreciate is their support team. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. For example, I needed a "Pay Now" button added to my invoice layout to make it easier for our B2B customers to pay, and they fixed it for me immediately. They patiently answered all my questions to get everything set up correctly. Great app if you want your invoicing to run smoothly with a helpful team behind it!

Die App funktioniert einwandfrei und ist selbsterklärend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist allerdings der Kundenservice. Nett, schnell und umfangreiche Problemlösung.

Sufio has been a great help in setting up my accounting workflows. I can download invoices for all my sales and import them into my accounting software. I also have beautiful invoices to share with clients who request them. Thank you!

The best app for automatic invoices to be sent once a customer has purchased, the layout and design is fully customizable and very easy to use. The app support is fantastic, they have been so helpful when needing some customization! Highly recommend.

Great app, great people. easy to install. document templates are great customization options are plenty. Adding some custom text to documents is super simple if you know a bit of HTML. Support is fast and to the point. Special thanks to Djimi and Olivia for helping us setup some custom logic to process our documents.

Great solution to go around the basic missing feature of shopify to send an invoice automatically to our customers.... Sufio has always answered very fast if we had problems configuring the invoice part. Very happy with this app.
