Sufio's support team are second to none! I've always loved working with them.... they're willing to help customize features and go above the call of duty to get our invoicing system functional and personalized to our business.

Michael went above and beyond with his professional customer service and knowledge of his software. He made it very easy to customise the invoice with some quite specific technical functionality required for a government rebate scheme for the elderly and disabled. The app works very well, the UI is well thought out and is easy to use. Very well done team, thank you!

Super easy to install with precise instructions. Design changes including title changes, column order, colors and other information was a breeze. I had the invoices looking perfect and the customer account section set up in less than 20 minutes. Very Happy!

After more than 5 years of using Sufio, we are now forced to find another solution. The reason for this is that basic services are now only available with a professional subscription. In addition, there have been problems with DMARC blocking on Sufio, which has made it even more difficult to use. We are disappointed that we have to look for a new provider after such a long time.

It's unfortunate that despite our efforts to assist, we weren't able to connect with you to resolve the issues you encountered. We reached out several times, hoping to provide the necessary support and solutions. Had we been able to communicate more effectively, we would have gladly discussed options that better suited your needs. Regarding the email sending issue, we want to clarify that it was not caused by a Sufio system error. The problem arose after a strict DMARC policy was implemented on your domain. Because Sufio sends emails on your behalf, this policy requires specific authorization to allow us to continue doing so. We offered solutions to address this, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. We hope your new provider will be able to meet your expectations and provide the service you need.

Neuerdings werden die Email von Sufio unter dem Vorwand des fehlenden DMARC Eintrags blockiert wenn keine eigen Domain bei Sufio registiert ist, somit ist man gezwungen einen Upgrade auf Professional oder Premium zu machen. Einen Basic Service zu blockieren und die Kunden zu zwingen mehr dafür mehr zu Bezahlen ist echt die übelste Art Geschäfte zu machen. Die Mails werden von Shopify Einwandfrei zugestellt, da all unsere Domains im DNS einen DMARC Eintrag haben. Nach vielen Jahren der Nutzung dieser APP werden wir nach andern Lösungen suchen.

Wir haben uns mehrmals gemeldet, um Ihnen Unterstützung und Lösungen anzubieten, und wir hätten gerne eine Möglichkeit gefunden, die für Sie besser funktionieren würde. Bezüglich des Problems mit dem Versand der E-Mails möchten wir klarstellen, dass dies nicht durch einen Fehler im Sufio-System verursacht wurde. Das Problem trat auf, nachdem eine strenge DMARC-Richtlinie für Ihre Domain implementiert wurde. Da Sufio E-Mails in Ihrem Namen versendet, erfordert diese Richtlinie eine spezifische Autorisierung, um den Versand fortsetzen zu können. Ohne diese Autorisierung können die E-Mails blockiert werden. Wir haben Lösungen angeboten, wie Sie Sufio für den Versand autorisieren können, aber leider haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Our unique requirements for providing invoices to EU/NON-EU customers required some additional tech work by Sufio's customer support & tech team. Na het installeren moeite gehad met een aantal custom aanpassingen. De support heeft mij direct geholpen en heeft enige uur zonder kosten aanpassingen gemaakt in onze code. Enorm goede service en wij zijn een blije klant!

Great app. We needed to show each discounted price on our b2b invoices and founded this app. Invoices can be translated into Japanese, but orders and other aspects were not fully supported. But after contacted customer support, they solved the problem! Quick answers, good communication. However, it would be nice to be able to add columns as well as rows. Also, it would be great if it had more templates or if we could change the design in more detail. The address alone fills half the paper. We look forward to future updates.

I noticed your point about design changes, but I didn't see it come up in conversations with our team. Indeed, we can make many changes using our template editor on the Design → Edit Code page of your app. This feature allows you to customize the template of the invoice to add/remove content, change sizing, or relocate content. Our Support team will follow up with you to discuss this with you and see what we can do :)

By far the best billing app I've ever had for online sales! Easy to set up and completely customizable. I've been waiting for an app like this for a very long time... Handles only billing, but does it perfectly...
