Sufio has completely streamlined our invoicing process in Shopify. The app is beautifully designed, easy to use, and packed with smart features that save us hours every week. From automated invoice creation to flawless customization, everything works exactly as promised. The highlight, however, is the outstanding support team — lightning-fast replies, deep product knowledge, and genuine commitment to solving any issue. They make you feel like a valued partner, not just a customer. Absolutely 5 stars!

Es lohnt sich, Sufio zu nutzen. Die Designs lassen sich super einfach anpassen, man benötigt keine Vorerfahrung. App sehr benutzerfreundlich. Der Support hilft schnell und präzise. Und dahinter sitzt nicht nur ein KI Chatbot, sondern es hilft auch realer Mitarbeiter, wenn man es wünscht.

Hervorragender Support – ich bin wirklich beeindruckt! Ich schreibe nur selten Bewertungen, aber diese Erfahrung hat definitiv eine verdient. Lewis hat mir nicht nur geduldig (und mit Humor!) bei einem Problem geholfen, das letztlich auf ein kleines Versehen meinerseits zurückging – er hat sich außerdem die Zeit genommen, ein separates Problem mit Sonderzeichen zu untersuchen und tatsächlich eine Lösung dafür umgesetzt! So einen schnellen, menschlichen und wirklich hilfreichen Support findet man heute nur noch selten. Vielen Dank – ihr habt einen Fan gewonnen. Und zur App selbst: Sufio ist die fünfte Rechnungs-App, die ich getestet habe – und mit Abstand die intuitivste, benutzerfreundlichste und zugleich leistungsstärkste. Alles wirkt durchdacht, sicher und angenehm aufgeräumt. Der Einrichtungsprozess ist klar strukturiert, dabei aber flexibel und anpassbar. Es funktioniert einfach – automatisch dort, wo es soll, und anpassbar dort, wo es zählt. Man hat sofort das Gefühl, in guten Händen zu sein. Ich bin ehrlich froh, dass ich mich nicht für die erstbeste App entschieden habe – sonst hätte ich Sufio nie entdeckt.

I genuinely believe no webshop in the Netherlands (and likely many other countries) can go without Sufio. After testing numerous invoicing apps, this is possibly the only one that truly handles invoicing and credit notes properly. Sufio is absolutely essential if you serve business customers who require professional invoices for their administration. While it took me a little time to get used to the interface, I now find it intuitive and efficient. Beyond the powerful functionality, the support is outstanding. Incredibly friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Sufio solved my invoicing headaches . Highly recommended!

Sufio is an excellent invoicing system! After trying and comparing several different invoicing app, we decided to go with Sufio—and we’re very glad we did. The system is user-friendly, but what truly sets Sufio apart is their customer support. The team is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and always quick to respond. It took us some time to set up everything just the exact way we need it (we are a B2B Catering company with german tax laws), but with the help of Sufio, we were able to accomplish everything. Easy to get started with the day to day configurations on your own. The onboarding with the Sufio flows fast and is super versatile in helping with shop specific requirements; let it be coding additional snippets, configuring designs, or aligning with data flows/fields outside of the Sufio app during the build-phase. Looking forward to soon scaling with Sufio. Can only recommend.
