Pretty good so far. Products are good, good flavors, packaging looks great. It would be perfect if they were faster and if they did shipping to other places like Puerto Rico and LATAM.

I’m so grateful I came across Supliful. Its model is exactly what I was looking for. I bought a Shopify store that I ended up having to revamp. My goal is to provide natural products for a healthy lifestyle and Supliful helps me do that. I especially love that there is not an upfront cost; it is literally an on-demand fulfillment services. I hope formula customization is a feature in the future.

The idea behind Supliful is a very good one, I have not seen anyone do a print-on-demand service for supplements before. A few improvements could be made like instead of showing the prices in USD also have the ability to show the prices in AUD as well as any other places you supply too. Another good thing as well would be to have a better customer service experience, I've found many times that I would rather speak to a person rather than go to an faq pr automatic question-answering bot. I do understand it is a bit tricky as you are based in the USA however a bit unfortunate for customers in Australia. A few pointers to take away; Improve customer service, and make pricing more transparent. Thats all I can really comment on if those were improved then I would have no issue changing the 4 to a 5 star.

We started working with Supliful a while ago. We're still setting things up, but so far we really like the concept and features. We're yet to get things up and running to be able to provide more feedback regarding the whole business and fulfilment part. As for the branding options, it would be great to be able to customize product recipients (i.e. material), and boxes/packages.

Everything about Supliful is fantastic from easy to understand tutorial to amazing guidance. The one thing i would love to see is more workout supplement variety and individual supplement availability like Beta Alanine to L-Citruline

Impressed with the business model, but I wish the cost of goods could be slightly lower considering that they are a middle man between the manufacturer and the retailer.

so far loving it but subscriptions are a little high but I will say they have very affordable products that allow us to profit greatly so it is worth it but if your like me, I'll be using the free version until it pays for itself ! a useful resource !

Very well put together but I wish they had more products. For instance, they don't have many different smoothie options, or anything really outside of the norm, which could improve things a bit

I think the the webdesign and way you can customize products is extremely good makes POD very easy, however the cost of manufacture is too expensive for example creatine monohydrate is widely sold by basically all gym company's and because the supplement market is very saturated most of these company's compete on price. These are too expensive to compete (not all but most).
