Shane helped me greatly solve some drop shipping issues, when above and beyond! He also reached out by phone, very pleasant to talk with! Took a few days of discovery and repair but all my problems with the how it sync'd got worked out! Don't be afraid to get into more detail about what ever your needs are !
Hi. I also sent you a message via the ticket you opened with more details. In short, we don't sync the POS field and it appears that perhaps with a recent Shopify change new products are defaulting to going to POS if you have that sales channel enabled. I've written a script to detect and fix this for you as a short term solution and hope to roll out a permanent solution in the coming days. Update May 17th - I've just released an update that prevents drop ship products from going to POS when SyncLogic creates them, so the issue you reported should now be fixed. - Shane

SyncLogic has worked really well for syncing our two stores with a shared catalogue and inventory. It's a great value app, and it's versatile - you can choose exactly what product attributes to sync. I.e. use it for only inventory or only product descriptions if you choose. Also very responsive and thorough support should the need arise. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Synclogic, the service that is provided just works well for our company's group of websites. Any issues and they are quick to respond, diagnose and fix. We have been using Synclogic for many years now and problems are few and far between. I would recommend this service to anyone that requires a hassle free solution to syncing data on multiple websites.

I loved having Synclogic in my last business, which has worked seamlessly as it should have for the last 4 years or so. I recently opened a new business and have set up Synclogic again for the new site, and had some specific requests and needs, and the level of support I've gotten has been above and beyond. i highly recommend this product for both working as it should, and very responsive troubleshooting assistance.

I've been using SyncLogic for over a year and have had a great experience. My installation process was incredibly simple and I've received great support from the team. I have a number of applications running on my storefront and haven't experienced any disruptions from SyncLogic. If you are looking for an easy way to connect your products to another storefront for drop-shipping this is an affordable and simple option. I highly recommend it as drop-shipping is a great revenue builder for our brand!

wir nutzen die app Seit 2 Jahren. Funktioniert ohne Probleme. Ein paar mehr Funktionen waren wünschenswert wie Theme Änderungen, Seiten etc.

There is no 30 day FREE TRIAL> I had this app for 4 days and unistalled and got billed the next month. This app is not installed didn't even use the app in 4 days and got hit with the fee! WOW Can't contact anyone to get a credit! Beware before you install. Make sure you will be using so you won't get the shock of 19.99 added to your shopify billing! Not Cool!
I am sorry for your experience. You previously used your free trial with us in November 2022, and we can't offer new free trials every time you uninstall and reinstall as you expected when we spoke. We issued a refund for your store for the full amount, and explained to you how we weren't able to offer another free trial to stores that uninstall and reinstall. We also responded within 4 hours of your initial contact and had full resolution to your request within 8 hours that included a full refund. All stores still receive a free trial on their first install.

I connected a store and I can not delete the connection now and it's causing problems for me. I can not see any connections I am linked to at all. Also, support will not answer my help requests.

Great app and good support! We have used this app for a long time to sync products between some of our expansion stores and it's always worked perfectly! I love the feature that allows us to alter the price ratio between stores in particular as this gives us the ability to tweak a stores pricing depending on currency fluctuations.

Great tool. I save a lot of time using synclogic on our 7 Shopify stores. I can recommend everyone to use this system. In addition to this, their support is unsurpassed with fast response times even if you are sitting on the other side of the world.

My name is Brian Doggett I am CEO of BD Lasers INC. I would first like to state if I could leave a negative number I would. The sheer unprofessionalism of (Emily H) "customer support" rep, was at minimum embarrassing and a child-like tantrum. Emailing my company on the weekend nonstop when not receiving any response due to it being the weekend, she increased in hostility and aggression. Over a customer's $6.50 order that had already been taken care of. She demanded access to our website and provided no help whatsoever unless we connected. Turns out, the customer just didn't pay her invoice yet. Their "engineering team" had to figure this out. Emily informed us she gave OUR customer a list of recommended vendors to use instead of us since we would not let her have control to our site. We do not recommend using Synclogic for your business.

Only using this out of necessity, since some vendors only operate through SyncLogic. But it's definitely lacking in overall functionality. A basic function that is not included is disallowing syncing of variants. What this means is that, if I want to add a variant such as a color (so that there's a swatch on my collection/product pages), I can't do it if the vendor didn't include a default color in their variants. We also cannot change size variants, as it will just change back (we prefer abbreviations, such as S, M, L, instead of the full words like "Small", "Medium", "Large"). This makes product and collection pages messy and inconsistent. Customer service basically said, "Maybe some day we will have that feature." It didn't sound promising and, again, this is an extremely basic feature to implement and would solve a lot of headaches. At the cost of this plan, I would have hoped for more features. Especially when it has a negative consequence on the design, layout and professionalism of our store.

We try to balance complexity and demand when we decide which features to integrate, but we also need to find the hours to get those features done as well. I hope you are able to find a solution that meets the demands and requirements for your store and works well for you.

This app was perfect for my drop shipping. It was able to keep everything organized so I didn't have to. Any issues I had were addressed immediately and resolved in a positive manner.

Update: Synclogic was very quick in responding to my review. They were able to reverse the charge for December since it was uninstalled. It's a great app that makes my website almost automatic. It is still not worth it for my business as my customers do not typically purchase enough to make it worth it. However, it I received more than 10 orders a week, I'd consider re-installing the app. Original Review: I was charged for the app even though I uninstalled it on December 2nd. It's overpriced and is not worth it for my shop.
Thank you for updating your review. Shopify's billing is somewhat confusing, and charges full months for the month that a store uninstalls. We are happy to refund prorated billing after a store uninstalls if a store reaches out and requests it.
