This app is what you need if you need detailed reconciliation with Shopify and Quickbooks. The basic connection does surface level importing, but this app helps categorize your products, shopify fees, and taxes.

This application has been very helpful in integrating Amazon with Quickbooks. It pulls in all transaction details into Quickbooks, and Ted also assisted with the Smart Rules to automate the assignment of the correct GL category I wanted based on the Description of the expense. Really surprised to receive help so late in the evening too - apparently they provide support 21/5. Thanks Ted!

I needed some help with a question with the app and Lizzie in support was so helpful in researching my issue and giving me great information about how the product works and what I did or didn't need to do. Makes it nice to know that the product has such good support behind it.

I purchased this app because we use shopify for our organic maple farm to process our orders for both retail (our website) and pos (on farm sales). with our website through shopify, we can accept pay pal, amazon, apple etc... we are not a big company but when you get to the point of reconciling these accounts and reporting sales, journal entries are painful and the reporting in shopify at our level is not easy to navigate. We wanted an integration with Quick Books Desktop (not the online version). After searching around this company was my choice. The reason I chose them has to do with their response time during the support chats. So far all my problems were resolved in the chat and I am able to syn my QB and shopify together very easily. Special thanks to each of the representative at Synder for helping me through this process. Helen and Tony's were spot on with their help as was the initial person I talked to when I first landed on their website, Sasha. Top notch support that convinced me they know what they are doing and care about me as a customer. Thanks everyone for your help today!

I learned in my last (failed) business venture that proper accounting from day 1 is paramount to knowing exactly how your business is doing, and staying out of trouble. So, I was looking for a way to automate the information from Shopify to Quickbooks online. I found this app, tried it out, and it took me minutes. That's it. My advice is to use the manual add process if you have more than one store, because this app will let you book your transactions to a different QBO account for each store. That means you can do PnL really easily in QBO - that's a major win. When Lizzie, my agent called, I had to tell her that I was good and didn't need any help! It was pretty funny, but awesome because this app "just worked" for me.

Update 3/22/23 - Phone support George has been super helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issues at hand. Not just doing his job but genuinely trying to solve problems! Update 7/15/22 - The support experience has deteriorated in the past months. The development team is taking extensive time (est. 1-3 weeks) to fix issues. Before then they were able to fix it within a week. Responses from the support team are generally longer than 24 hours, typically in the 48-72 range. The responses often don't solve the issue at hand and would require follow-up, which extends the already lengthy process. I've been using this app for more than half a year. Functionalities - outstanding. I use shopify payment, PayPal and Quickbooks. The integration is seamless, especially considering that Synder is a third party app and have to work with all these guys to get things right Support - extremely knowledgeable staffs who know the apps in and out and have knowledge on the accounting aspects too. Responsive, efficient and willing to help. I've never seen a support team that's this dedicated. Whenever I point out bugs, their dev team is usually able to resolve it or come up with a fix in the next several months. I wish I could have a dev team like this. Those are not easy fixes. Excellent App that automated our revenue process. Very helpful support as well - responsive and willing to help.

However, some improvements can require more time, depending on what needs to be improved and how many resources have to be involved. I use this app to sync my orders from Shopify to Quickbooks. It helps me save ton of time and make sure i keep track of my finances. I love it!

Kiryl explained to me that the transactions sync after the payout to the bank is received. I love this app and it saves us hours of time consuming labour to manually key in orders into quickbooks. Highly recommend.

After working with several different popular apps, I have determined this is a no-brainer as to the BEST platform. It works so easily and even does the matching process for bank deposits! The price is great and the support is great too (shout out to Kay & Kiryl for their patient help!). As an entrepreneur that is also a bookkeeper, I am happy that this app gets so much manual time off my back.

Love how this app allows me to integrate so many payment platforms. I was a little confused how to setup the account, so I reached out to customer support for help. Ted was amazing! He was patient and guided me step-by-step to a successful setup!

These guys ROCK! The support is dead on. The configurations for different sales channels is not intuitive in some cases, but the support team has always been able to respond and/or fix any issues quickly. I used to book all revenue based on net deposits, now Synder books gross revenue and balances all the expenses associated with each sales channel in a clean easy way per settlement received. We also moved our inventory to QBO - Synder takes the orders made and keeps my QBO inventory as my source of truth for all sales channels. Still working through some issues, but the response has been good and so far, I'm happy we've chosen them.

We migrated from Sage50 to QBO and we used snyder to import transactions into QBO and it worked great. I had a question and the chat was fast and Kiryl was able to answer my questions quickly. Great service.
