This is a great app. I wasted a week trying another app that has fees associated with it. The other app was unstable. I'm a developer and I recognize quality when I see it. Tawk.to is a polished app. It's easy to install, and does what it's supposed to do. They are clearly listening to their users. You can't go wrong with this app. Have additional questions about it? Go to our store and ping me. I'd be happy to chat with the first dozen people who do that. After that, I've got to get back to work! :-)

So glad I found this app... I was really hesitant to add live chat to my site, as I was nervous to how it would incorporate into my life and work. This app was incredibly easy to install, works great and has great functionality. I'm able to schedule the live chat to be available during only certain hours (so that it won't wake me when I'm sleeping at night!) and I can even choose to hide it from visitors during that time or give them the opportunity to "leave a message", but show that I am offline. The analytics and monitoring it provides is excellent and I have no complaints after having it installed for a few days. Really thankful and surprised that an app with such great functionality is committed to providing such a great free service.

It will automatically switch your widget offline according to your schedule, so you never have to worry about forgetting to log out of your account. It works in tandem with your agents, if there are no agents online when your widget is scheduled to be online, the widget will instead stay offline. Absolutely awesome. I was told about tawk.to from my brother in law in who has an options research company that absolutely loves it. He said I I had to give it a try on Maniacs. Basically a perfect solution. Easy install, beautiful chat customization, multiple agents with their own custom profiles. You set up schedules for on and off times... everything really. There's even a great app in the iOS store too that has always worked for me. We're about a month into using it, and it's been great. Can't say a bad thing about the app or service. It works beautifully.
Looking for Chat for your website... stop looking, this is the one you want... we have tried about a half a dozen others... this one beats them all hands down on features, and support... oh and the price, zip, nada, none, free So dont even waste you time on the other chat systems, this one has more features, no limits, more options, more configurations..
this is incredible value .. FREE ?! wt! such an advance app and interface dashboard and plenty of widgets to custom your own look .. an iphone app too for 24/7 custom support... you'd seriously be crazy not to instal this .. I'm gonna use this to its max.. triggers/behaviours. analytics.. this is super geekness at its best for $0000.00 pm !
Best chat app by far, and free... does more than any other chat system we have used... has more features, more custom options, and did I mention free?
