Almost 3 weeks for a support ticket to just set up my store. Contacted them 3 times to try and ask them to hurry it. Asked for a refund and they just stopped replying... :/ avoid them

This app is a must have as it allows you to talk with people browsing your site you don't want to call or send you an email. The features i like are scheduling feature, send and receive pictures, shows were the person is from, and if they have veer been there before.

A bit buggy. The menu interface is a bit clustered and the settings panel is not very user friendly. I say the entire menu interface should be updated into a more user friendly experience then this app would easily get 5 stars. Other than that and some minor bugs, the tawk.to app can be used while on desktop and also downloaded on your phone or tablet so you can chat with customers live...that functionality is great. Being able to customize the chat panel in many ways and automatically greet the visitor can be a very useful tool for your business. Gets the job done and I haven't found any other apps that compare in that regard.

I love this app it gives you way more than any other free chat app. You can tie this in with the gabot, sales boosting chatbot. I haven't had any issues with the app at all and we've been using the app for about 6 weeks now. Great job tawk.to for the great product at an awesome price point! The thing I love the most it that we can see what visitors are looking at while their on our website it gives us a pretty good idea of what visitors are looking for.

We have really loved using this app over the past year or so and especially love that it is free. Have not had any issues that I can think of, but the support staff has been helpful the couple times I have reached out with questions. It really is great to chat with our customers when they are on the site and ready to buy. I would love to see some type of paid plan that might offer a chat bot for times when we are out of the office. We would definitely pay for that!

I use this app for all my voice chat on all of my shopify stores. I have tested many others and this is by far the best. Great value and great app. Very happy.

Not a fan of interface so I deleted it. Once deleted, the interface is still on the homepage. Have tried emailing support 3 times for a solution with no response...

I unistall the app but after that it still exists on my store. Free are never free as you can see!!!!

Wonderful app that truly is easy to install, set up and implement on your site. The support team is friendly and ready to help out if something were to go wrong. Don't be stuck behind your desk all day, the mobile app lets you take your live chate wherever you go. Great app, great price - FREE recommended for all.

The app itself is good but unfortunately the support is awful, I had a very impatient agent on their live chat who resorted to using capital letters with me, granted I was not understanding what he was getting at but this patronising and unhelpful tone is not a good sign of support

It is good, but some messages you need to keep in English. :( I am working with other countries and languages.

Each new widget you add will be in English by default. For each set of pages with a new language, you’ll need to create a new widget and manually set the language. You can create a maximum of 20 new widgets per Property. Each new widget will have its own settings for Color, Size, Position and Language. I really love this app, the ability to interact with your customers in real time, is invaluable. Integration is easy and the application is highly customizable, even includes preloaded art and the ability to upload your own for a truly unique experience. Thanks a bunch to the Tawk Team!

prevent multiple location when you use this app. got to un-install, add location and re-install again.

Technology wise great. The whole concept is a bit taxing on HR, but probably worth it! It does have auto responding and scheduling. Pricing for whitelabel is $12/m

Clear your browser and cookies. 2. Log in to your Shopify dashboard. 3. Then visit https://apps.shopify.com/tawk-to. 4. Click the Add app button for the tawk.to app. 5. Select the green Install app button to continue. You'll then be prompted to log in to your tawk.to account and accept a permission request from Shopify. 6. Then log in to your tawk.to account from the tawk.to app in your Shopify dashboard and choose the property and widget you would like to add to your site. The widget will be added to all pages of your Shopify site. Fantastic app for live chat. Not only is the livechat app free, there are plenty of customisation and such. There has been plenty of updates over the months and the improvements are great, e.g. automated message sent to customer when he/she is browsing the website. IMO, the only draw back is that it is not entirely compatible with some themes. Otherwise, this would be my go to livechat app.

The App itself is good, but beware if you uninstall it. It will continue to charge you $15.00/mo, despite it being uninstalled from your store and not in use. I used it for a month, then cancelled it, only to have it bill me for no reason. If I had not been aware, it would have billed me indefinitely.

Got me a sale that I would never have got on my first night of using. Love it straight away, shows the products people are looking at in real time and even shows the message they’re typing, character by character. Brilliant. **Update, the only issue with this app is that I get customers saying the chat box gets in the way of the checkout button.
