There are some circumstances in which we have to escalate cases to find answers and it takes additional time to revert back to you. The Scheduler allows you to manage the operating days and times of the widget. Its purpose is to make the widget go offline, even if there are Agents logged in. For example, let's say you’ve scheduled your widget to appear online from 9 AM - 5 PM. If you log in before 9 AM, you will not receive chats and your visitor will get the offline form. The same thing happens when the clock hits 5 PM. Even if there are agents online, the widget is forced to go offline.
