Their app will insert poorly optimized script into your website and cause significant problems to your website speed. I did lighthouse tests and Their script: "/sizing-charts-script.js" has a 1900 ms Script Evaluation delay that is more than every other app and scripts combined.

The steel signs are junk. Received my sample product and let me just say I am glad I purchased a sample before going any further. The metal is thin and warped. I can't offer this to my customers.

I love working with this company. It makes selling print-on-demand so much easier, without the hassle of linking everything through OrderDesk. Their customer service is brilliant. I highly recommend them!

I cannot use it. I don't know why. There is an info in my Shopify that the app cannot make connection. I really like some products that Teelaunch make and hope I can sell them.

A lot of orders errors. There must have been an issue where all files were compromised, but almost every time someone orders, I get an error and when inquire about it, they ask me resubmit the file. I'm going to be switching to another drop shipper app.

The only thing I'd prefer to be different with Teelaunch is the payment system. Right now, I pay the wholesale costs when an order comes through, and then Teelaunch pays me what the customer paid them (minus payment processing fees). If I didn't have to pay the wholesale upfront, and could just be paid the difference in prices, that would be wonderful! Otherwise, they're great! Their prices are low enough for me to sell the products at a reasonable price and still make a reasonable profit. Their customer service has always been quick to respond, and they have a great variety of merch items so I can give my (music) fans anything that I think they'd want. The fact that they integrate with Shopify, which allows me to have product listings directly on my website, as well as Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, is amazing!

I have had so many issues with this company. I've been with these guys for 3 years and I sell 80 to 100 signs a month. They wont do anything to fix the problem. I've had 3 damaged signs this month. They package these signs in thin cardboard sleeves, its honestly a joke. I've talked to other sellers and they are having the same issues. They make you jump through hoops get a refund. They use a company in Louisiana. Also when I complained before the CEO was supposed to contact me but he blew me off. This company is the worst when it comes to customer service. I've been looking for a metal company unfortunately they are hard to find. The moment I find one, I am out. So if you expect to use them, prepare for big losses because you will be refunding $200-300 orders back.
This is Christopher, founder of teelaunch. First, I want to sincerely apologize for not reaching out sooner - there was a communication breakdown on our end. As a long-term partner who's been with us for 3 years, you deserved better communication from me. I want to be transparent about our metal signs production. As I've mentioned before, these are produced by a partner factory in our extended network. They face the complex challenge of balancing three key factors: cost, speed, and quality. They've done extensive analysis to find the current sweet spot - while thicker metal would reduce bending issues, it would significantly drive up costs for our sellers. Similarly, sturdier packaging would substantially increase packaging time for each individual sign, slowing down production considerably. We've successfully sold hundreds of thousands of these signs with a very small percentage of issues. When problems do occur, we always make it right with either a refund or replacement. However, I should note that the claim process for replacements or refunds is actually set by UPS, not us, and unfortunately we have no control over their procedures. I know this may not be the perfect solution for everyone's needs, but this is the current product offering our factory partner has optimized for the majority of our sellers. We truly value your business and feedback, and I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to explain the situation.

BE CAREFUL! Exercise caution when dealing with TEELAUNCH. While they may fulfill a few orders promptly, ordering in more than a few orders poses a risk. They struggle to meet deadlines when you start submitting more than a few orders and to exacerbate the issue, they enforce a 10-day no-movement tracking policy. This means they acquire the tracking information but don't dispatch the item to the courier for an entire ten days. Unfortunately, this policy nearly compromised my business during the last Christmas season.
Thank you for bringing up your experience from January 2024! I'm excited to share that we've completely transformed our blanket production since then. We've expanded to two state-of-the-art facilities and significantly boosted our capacity - we can now produce up to 1,000 blankets per hour! We've also switched to a new shipping service to ensure smoother delivery. While I understand your frustration with the issues you faced last year, I'm happy to say those concerns have been fully addressed with our new setup. I'd love for you to check out our improved blankets and service - we've come a long way! 😊

I have been working with the Teelaunch app for 1 1/2 years and would recommend it and the team of customer service. For POD I primarily use Teelaunch for the Metal Wall Art and the Laser Etched Cutting Boards. My customers RAVE about these two products! I create all of my own designs that are personalized, so every sign I create is different. Whenever there is a problem with a product (damage during delivery for example), the customer service is quick to respond and almost always resolves my issues fairly. You will never find a perfect service, with perfect products that always are without flaw - because people are involved and people can make mistakes. But Teelaunch has been great to work with and I find the team there to be kind, efficient, and willing to help at every turn. I've even needed to work out a bulk order and talked directly to the owner of Teelaunch to work out the details - which went flawlessly. There are hitches in every partnership - I wish the metal signs were packaged with more protection. But other than that, I have had a great working relationship with Teelaunch. Did I mention that I have hundreds of extremely happy customers that love the products that I get through Teelaunch? I use Teelaunch because of the unique print on demand products that I can sell through them - I recommend them for that AND because their customer service has been second to none for my business. Oh, and I really like the interface where I upload the designs. It is easy to use and SOOOO much better than some of the other POD services (and I use 5 others for a variety of products.) Each order is synced directly from my Shopify store and in the Teelaunch app I change the design to the personalized design. I can correct the shipping address there also. It's easy to use and never a problem to change out a design. When the order is fulfilled all of the tracking info seamlessly gets sent back to my Shopify store. Works like a charm! Highly recommend this app!

Been using them for a while and I'm finally cutting them off due to the fact that they will not let me cancel orders and get refunded even after they emailed me saying they are having major printing issues and won't know when they will be able to print my products. Also, they are always slow as molasses. And if they mess up your print, their reprints take even longer. Don't suggest printing flags with them. It will only frustrate you.

Oh boy, I really wanted to like this app. I downloaded it today, launched 1 product and immediately had issues. With jewelry, they send a text box for customization. Well you can't select the finish until you add the name into this unmarked box. The box is also located just above the add to cart button. Somehow they have it locked down that you cannot change the order of any options for this product. You cannot take the box out, label it or list it first. This is confusing as everything is grayed out until that box is filled. I contacted customer support and was told it was a shopify issue (I spoke to them first) and that I should just put a note in to fill out the box first. I'm sorry I have to just deal with the bad coding? Uh no. This is my business and if you cannot correct something to make it functional, and let's be honest, correct, I don't think we can be in business together. First day 2 hours, waste of time. If they contact me regarding this and fix the issue I will update my review.

Been using Tee Launch for years and would recommend to anyone who hasn't got the funding and physical space to stockpile large quantities of items. On top of an easy-to-use, plug-and-play Shopify app, Tee Launch also has really good customer service. They just recently helped me out big time with an issue and the care was fast, personalized, and crucial.

No good for international orders. They used to be really good with great support, but now with rising shipping costs and VAT rules for Europe and the UK it's no longer worth it. Not all their facility's can give the IOSS number needed by couriers to ship to Europe or the UK so customers may get charged customs fees and it causes big delays with orders. This is not a problem with other POD companies that I use. My last order from Etsy came in over 2 weeks ago and at the time of writing the order still has not been shipped, and it seems that there is nobody at support during the weekends. Sadly I will have to find alternative suppliers if I want to sell outside of the USA.
I genuinely apologize for the hiccups with our international shipping. Good news: we're actively exploring more options, including introducing FedEx International Connect. Plus, I've been in touch with the facilities about the IOSS numbers and am doing my best to ensure they're accepted. Also, we're in talks with our main printing partner, who has centers in the UK and Czech Republic, to offer more of their fantastic products. This means fewer shipments from the US! I truly hope you'll stick with us and allow us another opportunity to make things right for you. Thanks for your understanding!

To all those reading reviews... I want to express how exceptional both the product and customer service at Teelaunch are. I initially ordered some metal art samples and I was pleasantly surprised by the top notch quality. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such an impressive outcome, and I was so thrilled that I couldn't help but show everyone for an entire week how wonderful the product was. However, I did encounter a shipping problem along the way. Luckily, my customer service representative, Anthony, was there to assist me. He was incredibly personable and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His communication skills were outstanding, and his positive and uplifting attitude made a significant difference. I couldn't have asked for a better partner for my store. I want to extend my gratitude to Teelaunch as a whole, and especially to Anthony!

When utilizing a service like Teelaunch, there are important items to consider. Having an integrated app, a large catalog selection, and the manpower/facilities to fulfill & ship orders timely are the first things that are accessed. But one thing that most businesses overlook is how will the company respond to problems? It is inevitable that mistakes or systems issues will occur, packages will get lost or stolen, and sometimes the product itself will have an error. The key to making it through those rough spots is having a true partner in your business, that cares as much about your customers as you do. That's hard to find in the Print-On-Demand space, and I'm so happy that Chris (the owner) takes this aspect seriously at Teelaunch. I especially want to recognize Anthony, who has been my contact whenever I reach out to support. As a business owner, I want to know what's happening behind the scenes when there is a problem, because that arms me with facts/information to help my customers. A lot of providers will just give you bare minimum responses, without specific details, and that is not helpful at all. But Anthony will make sure that I know what really happened, and work with me on options to make it right (both for my business and for my customers)! He has even gone so far as to offer me a kind word when I was having a rough, stressful day to help me keep going. Thank you to Chris, Anthony, and the rest of the Teelaunch staff for offering products that the market wants, and for helping me to grow my family business.
