teelaunch: Print on Demand

Like one of the reviewers, i have been using this for a couple of years. Then they made an update and I was never notified until one of my orders never processed. I too was told I had to create a new account, only to find that my items i created were no longer in the app, but was assured when an order was placed it would sinc that product. There use to be an easy option once the product was create to push it to Etsy. That is now gone also. It was free and easy to use and now I have to pay for another app that will connect my Shopify items to Etsy. When I downloaded that and got two orders, one of the tumblers on each order was the wrong one...correct on Etsy, wrong in Shopify and TeeLaunch. I was asked if I had changed the SKU's. I haven't touched any of my listings in over a year...SKU's are auto generated...have no reason to touch them unless I intentionally don't want to get orders. Needless to say, the last couple of weeks have been a mess!!!

I worked well for years. I just updated the app and my existing order is gone. I'll have to refund the customer. Going to go with another vendor.

I’ve used Teelaunch for over a year and it was very easy to set up as well as very affordable and reliable. I’ve had very few issues and when I do the customer service is always very responsive. When the customer service isn’t able to figure something out, the founder was able to help out.

I have been happy with the quality of the products but after the update, all of my products and account settings are gone and I have an order to place. I need this fixed or I'll have to find another supplier!

THEIR RECENT APP UPDATE DELETED ALL MY PRODUCTS! Been using them since 2016 along with a couple of other providers here on Shopify app store and all has been OK, but suddenly they did an update and all my products are gone! I have written to them and they have not helped me at all! I have moved all my orders out of their site and onto their competitors who do a much better job with customer support.

ALL OF MY PRODUCTS AND ORDERS ARE NOW GONE AS A RESULT OF THEIR APP UPDATE! Worst update EVER! No warning, no information, nothing. One day everything is there, next day, GONE! Unacceptable!!

I was amazed to see that they completely changed the app and have no way to import existing products, orders or anything. Unbelievable. I had NO notice of this either, probably because I had to register for a NEW account and they didn't have my email anywhere on record (even though I have been using this app for years). They sent me a canned response about this with a link to a video (that's broken - giving a 404) and no other responses after. [UPDATE] I’m updating this review. I think their rollout for this update could’ve been much, much better. However I’ve been working with Christopher on this issue pretty much all day. I have to say I am very impressed with his responses and attentiveness. I think the most important thing about any business is how they respond to issues when they inevitably arise. Teelaunch has shown they rise to the occasion.

Teelaunch is our favorite POD service out there. Hands-off fulfillment. Lots of products to choose from and wonderful print quality, with the best pricing as well. Super helpful and responsive customer service. 10/10 highly recommend.

Today is Feb. 21, 2022. I've made a sample order since Jan. 21, 2022 and my status hasn't changed from "In Production." If I ever get my sample or my order canceled, I'll update this review. Until then, let it be known that this is an app to avoid. UPDATE Feb. 22, 2022: They were swift to respond, and provided insight on my problem. It turns out the product was out of stock but was slated for a delayed delivery. They said I should've received an email about it about 17 days ago (from the time of their response), although I couldn't find that email. Nonetheless, they seem very courteous, so no complaints there. I opted to wait for the product, so I'll provide another update when that expected in-stock date comes around. I'm updating my 1 star review to 3 stars. UPDATE Feb. 25, 2022: I found the missing email. It turns out it was sent to a different email address from the address I was using for my review/complaint. That's forgivable since it was a technical/configuration oversight on my part. In hindsight, we should've verified the address where the email was sent to cause I incorrectly assumed the address I was using was the same one they sent their email to. This happens when Shopify uses one email for accounts, and can use a whole other automatic emails; And within each app, another email can be used all together. It might be easier to have a single location where we manage all emails, and where & how they'll be used... But that's conversation for the Shopify platform itself, not you guys. I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. UPDATE Mar. 15, 2022: I received my item yesterday (Mar.14), a little over a week sooner than I was expecting it. Let me tell you, the product pictures didn't do this thing justice. I wish I could post a photo here cause it's pretty awesome. Things go wrong in life, but how you recover says a lot. Great job guys! I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

I've been working with Teelaunch for a couple years and they are by far the best print on demand company you'll find. They are constantly adding new products other companies don't offer and their customer service is top notch.

I've been with Teelaunch for many years and they have always gone above and beyond. The product selection is excellent and I've had very few complaints over the years from my customers. They love the products I source from Teelauch. Pricing is fair, and you can easily make a decent profit on most products. Should an issue arise, they have a team of top-notch customer support people who are quick to respond and are always helpful. You won't find a better POD company anywhere else. Teelaunch has been an integral part of the success of my business.

teelaunch is my go-to POD app! Wonderful customer service with fast response time and resolutions - but I hardly ever have to contact them because everything runs so smoothly! The closest thing to set-it-and-forget-it that's out there.

I've used teelaunch on over 50 stores for over 4 years now. It's always the first app I recommend of all of the POD apps out there. It's super easy to use, straightforward interface, great product selection, prices, and print quality - and super fast and helpful customer service! Unlike many other apps, with teelaunch we don't experience stock issues or shipping delays - which is HUGE!

Please STAY AWAY from this app. Particularly if you have many SKUs; whenever you receive an order, it will require you to manually go to the app, find the order, and select MANUALLY which items belong to teelaunch and which items don't. It's an absolute waste of time. I had to refund my first order and delete the app after a week of trying to fix the app. The customer service is basically useless as well.

Been using Teelaunch for a year now and have to say there service has been great. The response time is amazing, good products. Keep up the good work.

love this app i love the fact that i can design flags and do not have to buy them in bulk to sell them

It is ok, not as expected, and difficult to integrate with 2 shopify stores. Also pretty complicated to setup if something needs to be configured on shopify.

Teelaunch is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST U.S. based Print on demand company! I've been using them for years. Their customer service is amazing. They get back to you the same day (during business hours), and often right away. Their products are excellent quality. I personally like their District T-Shirts because they are soft and comfortable 4.3oz cotton, which is slightly lighter than the standard 5 oz cotton shirt (which the also have). Teelaunch also has glass cutting board and printed-tile jewelry boxes. They stay on top of their subcontractors and send emails to us artists to let us know if they expect any production or shipping delays. True, Teelaunch may not have the largest collection of products, but they have all the basic items like apparel and drink ware. Their production creation tool integrates very well with Shopify. Yes, you need to have your graphics in specific sizes, rather than one-size-fits all, but I personally like that type of control. INSTALL AND USE TEELAUNCH! They are definitely worth it.

After using many POD companies, I have to say Teelaunch is the best offering consistently high quality printing and products. Most orders ship out quickly, every so often a random order takes a lengthy amount of time to ship, but generally they are speedy, and I have been pleased overall. Their customer support is awesome! Hands down the best of all POD companies. They usually reply same day within minutes or hours. They are helpful and knowledgeable and are always quick to be accountable and resolve any issue. My only complaint about Teelaunch is they do not have enough products. I have to use other POD companies to have a well rounded line of products. If Teelaunch carried them all I wouldn't mess with the other POD companies and their inconsistent print quality and subpar customer service. Items I would like to see from Teelaunch in the future, wrap around print mugs, puzzles, full print cosmetic bags, and more clothing options
