I have been using this app for about two years. Great selection of products. Any time there is an issue I need help with, their customer service has always been prompt to respond & extremely helpful. Kristy is absolutely amazing!

Awesome app! I've been using the Teelaunch app for awhile now and it's awesome. It's so easy to navigate and launch products quickly. They also offer some unique POD products that you won't find elsewhere. All orders are fulfilled in the US (not China!) so shipping to my US customers is super fast!

Amazing customer service, excellent very fast turn around, we had an order come in late on a Sunday night and it was printed and shipped within 23 hours, and they even send the shipping details back to your store directly so it is fully automated, overall wonderful experience and their prices for the level of customer service are unbeatable as well

I really hate to write a bad review on any business but I want to help any other business of making career suicide ..... because if you add this app to your store it will most definitely end up ruining your reputation/ good name. Shipping takes FOREVER ..... no matter what/when you order. Once our customers have recieved the long awaited items ...... only to find they are not even correct. Quality-control .... Not sure if this company has ever hear of the phrase quality control. The items came with the stabilizer on the fronts of some of my customers products .... lucky we do embroidery also and I knew what to tell my customers to do. Customer Service was email after email = nightmare. You get quick responses and then when they know something is wrong ....... you get NO RESPONSE. Your profits are completely eaten up by time spent on each order. They offered to resend products which my customer agreed to wait ..... the new products also toooooook FOREVER to receive. I emailed them asking when they would be in and the owner told me that ..... "oh they might be at my house" ..... only 1.5 months after ordering initially. We received the new order and it was WRONG AGAIN .... emailed the owner saying hat didnt come and got a quick response telling me "LOOK INSIDE THE BAG" looked inside the bag only to find out it was the WRONG COLOR ..... now no response. Communication / Customer Service is completely lacking. Also the products are cheaply made and sent incorrectly with NO quality control. They also offered to refund me because I ended up having to refund my customer because it took so long. They said they would refund the cost + profits lost (which came straight from the owner) and NOTHING. Which isn't even that big of a deal .... but they are a company who's word means ....... NOTHING!! Save your customers / yourself the headache. I would not recommend them ..........!!!!! Also the design tools are not easy to use ..... you have to have other software in order to create your products (if you are a beginner it may not be the greatest). There are others print on demand companies out there that you can design it right in the app. So the ease of use with the teelaunch app ..... is not the greatest. I will also add both times I have had the app installed on our multiple sites they have lied about where they are located. Who really cares / why is it that big of a deal.

I am using Teelaunch as my primary POD app. So far all is good. Their support has helpful ( via email) when I have questions. The app, while a bit clunky, is fairly easy to use. I cannot comment yet on the quality of the products or speed of delivery, because I have not yet opened my store.

Have successfully used Teelaunch on several sites now. Great service, great price, and fast shipping. Their customer service is excellent too, they were quick to help me out when I had issues with an order. 5/5!

I have recently swapped over to TEELAUNCH and I must say although the way items are added is different than I am used to, the customer service is spot on, Kristy is AMAZING, she is like my own VA when I have a question, she is right back to me:) The quality of the pillows I have ordered and the delivery to customers has been great thus far, I look forward to trying new products with them soon.

Teelaunch has been a great POD partner. They have lots of apparel to choose from (among other great items) & at a price you can work with. Customer service has always been on point! If you need a question answered Kristy will be there to help you along the way.

I’ve been in the POD space for about 6 years. Started on other platforms before there where a ton of integrations for Shopify and since then i’ve moved to creating Shopify stores. Finding a reputable POD partner was not easy. No need to say names but i’ve tested plenty of them and TeeLaunch quality exceeds the others and has great prices as well. I initially tested them out for Canvases and they blew the other POD I tested out of the water. The quality of print, vibrancy, and canvas material was on another level. After that I decided to test them for clothing and again was surprised at the high quality of print compared to the other POD i’ve used. To top it off they actually have a customer support team that responds extremely quick as well as on Saturday and Sundays. To me that type of support is extremely important and rare now a days. One thing they could work on though is shipping times (only a few other their products are on the slower side). Their in house items like tumblers i’ve seen ship same day which is insanely fast for a POD company…and i’m talking actual scans from USPS receiving the package the same day. Canvases and some others take a bit longer than I would like. Besides the shipping times for some items, TeeLaunch ticks 3 very important boxes for me: Quality, Support, and Price. Plus they are always adding new products, and their product line is very unique with items not regular found from other companies.

After trying many other POD apps/companies, I'm circling back to Teelaunch. Products are always great quality and I can rely on my orders being filled correctly and quickly. Seller support is also very responsive.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL of my sneaker orders had printing errors and DID NOT have my Logo. They refused to refund or correct and re-send to my customers.

Teelaunch has been great for my business. Hundreds of orders and zero issues. Their customer service is amazing as well. I'll admit it was scary handing this portion of my business over to another company, but they handle things like I would. Absolutely zero complaints. Keep up the good work.

I have been using Teelaunch exclusively for my shop for a little over two years now. While there are some bumps once in a while as is to be expected with any POD, they have always worked with me to resolve any issues I encounter. Out of over 1000 orders I have only ever had returns due to customers not expecting the small size of the small blankets (even with dimensions posted). I have since removed the size option and havent had any further issues. I have all 5 star reviews on my Etsy shop, which focuses largely on blankets, and a few pouches, tumblers, tapestries, wall art, and tees. The blankets are extremely high quality and everyone that has touched one or bought one from me has been extremely satisfied. I have done expensive custom pieces for coworkers with nothing but rave reviews. As I said before, during times where there have been hiccups, delays in shipment time or a customer request to change something they weren't fully comfortable with, Kristy and Dave have made sure to resolve the issues for me and respond in a timely fashion. They offer a unique variety of products as well which is awesome. I would say that overall they are an awesome company striving to grow and add new products to their offerings. I see active effort on their part in resolving issues as they arise in quality control and fulfillment times, and a true desire to put out high quality products and make sure customers are happy. As a small business owner new to this business model that would not be able to afford my own equipment and overhead to run such a shop, I am extremely grateful for this company and the possibilities it opens up for me. I have tried Printful as well but the profit margin is so small with their super high prices. Teelaunch makes sure to price so that you can actually make money on your sales. That is a huge plus. Just stay in close communication with your customers if there is an unforseen delay, I have had minimal issues in so doing during the hurricane and shift in production facilities that slowed down orders. I see negative feedback on here but honestly, fulfilling probably thousands of orders a day, there is bound to be an issue here and there for any company, it is all in how they handle the hiccups. They strive to show a pattern of improvement in every area to build a stronger and more useful service as time goes on. I also want to mention their designer Andy is awesome. He answers technical questions and offers helpful feedback even after business hours and literally edited a design for me when I was stuck on an expensive custom order and trying to figure out Photoshop. I cant number the amount of tedious questions he has happily answered as I was learning the ropes and building my shop and trust in the company. He is a another reason I truly love and appreciate this company. Give them a shot.

I've been working with teelaunch for a little over a year, and I've had an entirely positive experience. Here are some of the things that I appreciate about teelaunch: * awesome customer (seller) experience - customer service team responds within hours and provides helpful responses * products ship in a timely fashion 99% of the time * great product selection - and always expanding * many fulfillment partners for some types of products, including worldwide fulfillment for faster shipping to international customers - makes a huge difference for customer experience when receiving item in a shorter timeframe Honestly, after working with teelaunch for a year, I have nothing bad to say about them. I have been selling POD and working with other vendors for over two years, and teelaunch is one of my favorites. Easy to work with, reliable, good communication. Sure, there are things that happen from time to time. Maybe a specific fulfillment partner has a problem that delays some orders. But that's just how it goes no matter who I'm working with. And I find that teelaunch's customer service is a cut above, which helps tremendously. Honestly, I wish I could think of something to criticize about teelaunch because it might lend more credibility to this review. But the honest truth is, I have no complaints.
