We've tested a few platforms now all with AI integrated. Most of them can be very hallucinatory in their responses and then there's a mad scramble to get back to the customer to give them the correct information. Its early days with Tidio but in our testing it's been absolutely spot on with all the questions, some of which have been quite technical. What I do like is that if its unsure then it will actually handoff to a human, but ask for information to clarify responses to future similar questions.
