The app is very organized and has great guidance on setting up everything in the beginning. There is a lot to learn, but Tidio had a lot of automatic features that sped up the process.

A real time saver for me. I was using the Shopify chat, but Tidio responds to 90% + of chats without me needing to get involved.

I've been using Tidio for about a month and I like it so far. The AI responses via chat are helpful, especially considering I'm still learning how to add "knowledge" and fine-tune the responses. There are a variety of different plans and I'm still figuring out exactly what I need for my business, yet I'd recommend it overall.
