Tidio has become very easy to use, sometime the AI features are a little hard with the responses, so if they had free videos to show youo how to set it up, that would be aweosme other then that it's great

Tidio was really easy to get set up and started. The AI agent gives really great answers, and the process for adding information for the bot to use is intuitive. So far, it's been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store!
