Nouveau sur Tidio, je suis encore dans la découverte mais je le trouve très intuitif avec un bon support. J'espère encore découvrir des fonctionnalités et des automatismes qui me permettront d'améliorer la navigation et le service au client.

I appreciate the Tidio app. It makes responding to customer queries much more efficient. I appreciate that I can feed it a ton of background knowledge on the business and website and it synthesizes it for me.
