I appreciate the Tidio app. It makes responding to customer queries much more efficient. I appreciate that I can feed it a ton of background knowledge on the business and website and it synthesizes it for me.

User friendly, Lyro is helpful. The phone app could be better, a tad difficult to navigate compared to desktop, but overall very helpful for our business!

This has been a great tool for our business, offering a wide range of useful features and resources. We primarily use it for the chatbot, and it has performed really well in that area. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the ticketing interface could be improved. Aside from that, it’s been a very positive experience overall

We are generally happy with Tidio and its integration with Shopify. Setup is straightforward, and the AI features are helpful for handling common customer questions and improving response times. There is still room for improvement, particularly in making AI responses more flexible and improving customization options for automation. So far, I'm really liking the app. I'm using Tidio on two different stores one for an e-commerce and one for a teaching website. Their training model is the best that I found so far, perhaps not quite as intuitive as a ChatGPT but that said they do get pretty granular so I like that. I think that ticket system could be improved, but I don't need it for that. I'm really only here for the chat bot capabilities, and also the integration with the Shopify environment.

Good overall. A bit pricey for AI Chat conversations. Backend settings is robust and has many features to dial in your website chat capabilities.
