I am just getting started, and Tidio has been a great help. Having customer support on auto pilot really gives me the time to handle all of the other things I need to run my business.
We’ve been using Tidio for a while now, and it’s made a big difference in how we connect with our customers. The setup was simple, and the dashboard is very easy to navigate, even for someone who’s not very technical. What I like most is that we can manage live chats and automated responses together. The chatbot handles common questions quickly, which saves us a lot of time, and when customers need extra help, we can jump into the chat right away. It also integrates smoothly with Shopify, which is a huge plus for us. Overall, Tidio has helped us respond faster, improve customer satisfaction, and make our support team’s job much easier. Definitely a tool worth having if you run an online business.

Tidio ha sido una excelente incorporación para nuestra tienda online tendencias gourmet. Cuando hemos requerido ayuda el equipo de soporte siempre actua de manera rápida y ayuda. Ahora queremos ver como implementar mejor la IA para el proceso de atencion clientes y seguir experimentando con los flows. Si me gustaria contar con mas data exportable para analisis customizados, sin embargo la recomiendo.

This is an excellent app, it's difficult to see what more could want from it yet it is packaged in a simple to use interface. A shopify must have in my opinion.

Lyro bot is excellent. Highly recommend if you want something to manage your store questions when you are offline. Setting up the questions is easy and quick.

Very easy to set up and get started. The interface is intuitive, especially for smaller teams or non-technical users. While it covers most of the basics well, there are some limitations once you try to scale or customize more advanced workflows.
