Such a frustrating app and COMPANY. I installed Tidio as I was using Chatra which no longer has integration with Instagram. There are many issues with Tidio: You can sync with your Instagram and Facebook accounts, but if you message in these directly it doesn’t show in Tidio, so you can have a conversation but it’s not synced in Tidio. The count for your usage is wrong - it claims I’ve used 100/100 of my chat bot limit, but I haven’t used any; which will be my next point I cannot use Lyra the chat bot because apparently my site breaks their T and Cs. When I got through to them they said they don’t support medical / healthcare. We make weightlifng belts so that doesn’t make sense. The support - they said sorry you don’t meet the standards and that’s it, tough, essentially. I paid for the basic plan then upgraded to the next plan (thinking this was the issue with the Lyra chat bot). Rather than charged the pro rata difference I was charged THE FULL AMOUNT, so I basically have the first plan and second plan, yet my numbers don’t total the 1+2 level plans. Really disappointing as this chat app has high reviews but it’s really clunky and missing some good level of support.

great app. Easy to use, great function and real time support. Would be great if there were more options for smaller businesses as some of the upgrades are costly but would be of benefit.

Excellent app. The AI Bot is trainable, whereas others are not. Took me a while to find a good working bot. 4 stars because based on the prices shown in the app store, it makes it seem a bit cheaper than it is. Once inside the app, you have to pay for each of the primary functions which can really start adding up.

Tidio has been a beneficial addition to our store, offering a user-friendly interface, multilingual features, and good customer support. We found its easy integration with our website appealing, and its ability to distribute coupon codes beneficial to our conversion rate. Although Tidio's customization options are extensive and customer service is responsive, the monthly conversation limit feels constricting. We were also disappointed that some necessary chatbot features require an additional cost. Nonetheless, Tidio is a viable choice for online stores, with room for enhancement.

ShopiifyのデフォルトにもIndexというチャットツールが付いているのですが、体感上はこのアプリに課金するだけの価値はある印象です。 比較してレビューします。 - Inboxでは、チャット中の未送信テキストが見えないが、Tidioでは見える - Inboxでは、チャット中のお客様が見ているページが見えないが、Tidioでは見える(お客様の言葉が足りないときに、商品ページを見ると分かりやすい) - Inboxでは、複数サイトの切り替えが非常に面倒だが、Tidioはそうでもなさそう(試してはいない) - Inboxでは、Botの自動応答フローが非常に簡易だが、Tidioはかなりきめ細かくスムーズな会話の流れが作れる といいところを書いてきましたが、不満がないわけではありません。 - UIは日本語化されていない - 瞬間的に表示されるメッセージも英語のみ(お客様がびっくりしそう) - 送ったメッセージを訂正/削除できない 以前に比べて通知が強くなり、送られたメッセージに気づかないケースは激減しました。 また、お客様に見えるメッセージがごく一部英語なのが多少気になりますが、まあ致命的ではないかな・・ 全体としては。課金する価値が充分あるアプリです。

I like the way the Tidio Chatbots app works on my website and it's relatively easy to make edit changes to automated chat messaging. However, I haven't noticed any increase in sales with the use of the full package free trial plan as it compares to the scaled back free plan. Maybe time will tell.

A good chat app with friendly and very helpful support. Been using this for some time and the feature list keeps expanding. There is still room for improvement (I would like a chat bulk export facility) but it is good value for money. I've asked if they can provide a bulk export for me and they have escalated my case. If they provide it I will come back and upgrade my rating from 4* to 5* ... Thanks also go to Arek for comprehensive and patient support.

1. I am new to them, but they have a small dynamic video to facilitate beginners to use the app. Personally, I think it is a worthwhile choice for businesses and stores. 2. when looking for help from customer service personnel, there are many buttons to choose. It seems very detailed, but as an inquirer, I may prefer to get a direct answer or solution, which makes it easier to communicate with the consultant. Even if you can solve the problem by constantly clicking the button, you still feel that it is a waste of time (this article is only for me). Fortunately, their customer service staff responded very promptly, so overall it was pretty good. 3. this item is well received!

I'm going to update my review from a 1-star to a 4-star for the simple reason that the customer service, post-review, was polite and helpful. They explained that during the time I had installed the app to when I was required to start paying, they said there had been a price update and it was not intentionally decieving, while also offering me the $39 pricing to honor thier offer. I think they could have made this fact that they were increasing their pricing clearer on their pricing schedule, or a simple email, but I can also understand the reasoning. Also, a 1-star is damaging to brand that is clearly working hard, and I don't want to think that I've impacted a business because I reacted like a Karen.

So far very happy with the overall application. I would have liked to seen a mid level include more than the same 100 chats that the free version has but not have the fee of the unlimited one. Other than that so far so good.

Stable, lightweight and good UI One problem is that I can't seem to set exceptions for operating hours and have to disable them fully when it's a public holiday.

I like the app but it seems a bit greedy. You upgrade to the $39 plan to have unlimited chatbot then you loose the capability for proactive chat...seems a bit greedy to want another $15 to get access to somethig that you had access to with the lower plan.
