I've been using Tidio for about a month and I like it so far. The AI responses via chat are helpful, especially considering I'm still learning how to add "knowledge" and fine-tune the responses. There are a variety of different plans and I'm still figuring out exactly what I need for my business, yet I'd recommend it overall.

Very good app and the AI is helpful, if you train it correctly it can answer all the basic and even complex previously asked questions. Very good app

A well designed app, we have a website and the app is used only on our website to have Lyro interact (chat) with people, visiting the website, and the customization is great, when a difficult question is asked and Lyro can not answer with the resources provided, then it is possible to add manually an answer for that question once detected, then Lyro can use the answer in future interactions, which is great. Very useful, amazingly capable app, despite I am not using all features the app has, I would say it is worth it to have it. And on top of that the support is always there to resolve any issues possible.

Great app! Very convenient to use and already saves a lot of time. It would be amazing to add an option to translate our English texts into all other languages with one click — that would make the product even more powerful and user-friendly.

There are different options, definitely cheaper than Tidio, but honestly, if you integrate everything and set it up right, the amount of things you can do is worth the effort. Its probably not for everybody, but if you do have to offer support for clients, this is a tool you should try.

Title: Easy to set up and helpful for early-stage stores Review: Tidio was easy to integrate with my Shopify store and the chatbot helped me respond to visitors faster during setup. The interface is clean and the flows are straightforward to configure. Still testing it, but so far it’s been useful for customer communication.
