We've been using Tidio at The Fire Alarm Supplier, and it has been a great addition to our store. The AI chatbot answers common customer questions instantly, which saves our team a lot of time and helps customers get answers even outside business hours. The live chat is easy to use, and the Shopify integration was quick and simple. We've seen faster response times and a better customer experience.
