We have used this app for a few days now and the support has been amazing! Very quick to respond and willing to help with any questions you may have. Highly recommend! This app is also great when chatting with customers and staying connected to your business.

Amazing app and amazing Support! you can make bots as per your need! Amazing work tidio! we are a startup now, when we raise funds and everything, we are going to rely only on tidio for all our customer satisfaction thing. Shoutout to Olek from the team who was amazing!

price: Reasonable and literally the lowest considering what this app offers It distinguishes itself from other apps Support: they reply to me within seconds, they fix my problems within seconds too App: Looks professional can be downloaded on my laptop, and mobile device with the 15/m I can have 3 operators so one of us is always alert for our customers at all times. BOTS: yes they have bots, a bot can help reply and respond to a customer that needs help in the many basic everyday questions, like product availably, wether we deliver here or there, or even tracking an item, and much more and it'll always give the customer a button to speak directly to an operator incase the bot cant help in his or her enquiry Try the app you guys, you get a few days for free what ye got to lose. and am a very very picky person See it in action at: PremioMart.com

Although it took a little bit of back and forth to get it setup exactly how I wanted, I am VERY happy with this app! Their customer service is excellent and respond immediately! If you need help configuring it, just message them and they will walk you through it.

I have normally always been religious towards Zopim Live Chat, but i had a look at Tidio and the chat design was very appealing and refreshing. Now besides that, you can't customize it in many ways, to make it fit your website perfectly. There are also a Desktop and Mobile apps, which work very well. The dashboard and interface of the app is also super well done - And now recently i just found out that there are automations in this chat app as well, which looks REALLY promising, conversion wise. Oh yea.. And their customer support A+

Great app. I even used it to answer a customer's questions from my hospital bed when I was in labour with my daughter. Resulted in a $1,750 sale. LOL.

Really loving the chat app & the live view features. Only issues I have noticed was no spell check when we are typing (asked about it and they said it is something they can not offer right now), and the desktop application seems to be delayed in the live visitor reporting. It will show 20-something live visitors, but when I open the app in my web browser, it shows a live number much closer to the live view that Shopify has. Seems like when the visitors leave the site, the desktop app shows them as still on a webpage (just a guess). Another issue, I had a couple shoppers report they were not able to close out the chat box. Reported to support, but they could not replicate it & suggested it was because of the shoppers' screen size. I had to turn off the bot welcome message because I don't want shoppers leaving out of frustration, but we also really liked that feature. This was our first experience with a chat app & I am mostly pleased but also going to try some other options to see what else is out there.
