Good quality chat app, both via desktop and phone app. Pretty happy with features and function, but currently trying another app that offers more advanced features in free option.

So far it's worked great for us! We even switched over our other website to Tidio because we're able to manage everything in one place. Love it! Their support team is second to none. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The app works amazingly when you are logged on to the desktop version. For some reason, I still miss messages from customers when I try to access it from my phone. The 5-stars is for the excellent customer service from the Tidio team! If I have a question, they are there immediately to answer it. My rep even taught me a few tricks that would generally help me when testing out my site. I appreciate them greatly!

Just downloaded it today - so far very happy with the customer service from Tidio support . I like that I can be available for my customers 24/7 via my mobile. Would recommend! www.kenzulatlas.com

Switched to Tidio and it's a really powerful tool. Mostly for the performance and the fact, that it doesn't push down the site speed, something I was affected by and other chat app. The support is fast and very specialized. Recommend!

Super awesome chat automation, can message people on request, handle multiple operators, integrates with google analytics... Since we installed it our conversions increased greatly ! Non intrusive either and highly recommended :)

We've been using Messenger chat until now but Tidio was a great find for us. Yes it's a chat tool, but the real power comes from the ability to automate chat messages based on various events and triggers. This is really powerful and of course something you can't do with Messenger. Great app and really useful!
