Incredible functionality, using tidio on two sites, but I can get messages from both sites in the tidio back office. Integration with email and Facebook messaging is phenomenal! Support is awesome! Thank you!

I am just over the moon with gratitude! This is such an awesome app and the level of customer service offered by Tidio couldn't be any better. I had so many questions and a minor issue that was taken care of instantly through their live chat support. I find that with other apps, they don't even offer support! They send you to a FAQs page where you have to search for a solution...how hepful. I highly recommend Tidio to any company that wants to be taken seriously and be able to provide top notch customer service through Tidio Chat. Oh! And another huge benefit is you can integrate with your store's Facebook page! Need I say more?? haha THANK YOU TIDIO #happycustomer

The best app for live chats. I tried other chat programs and none of them is comparable to this gem! Easy to use, great support and the best functions. Finally a development team that understands what a business needs!

I have not really had a chance to try this out yet, but the support staff has been Fantastic! I think this will be a huge plus on my site once I get everything set up and rolling.

Started a trial and so far it looks pretty amazing. I'll also try later the Standard plan to see if we can live without some of the features. But for someone who has enough manpower to use everything this app has to offer, it could be a great addition.

This is a must have the app, Tidio is Amazing! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone on Shopify. Best live chat app I have used ever! Update: This app helps me to chat with my customers lively and I also see which page they come and which page they leave so that I can improve the specific pages that my customers don't like. Great!

The app is as good as it's customer service, which is 5-stars in our company's opinion. One of the best parts is that you get to use the app to learn how to make your own app better. The Tidio team is always there when you need them, and are helpful and patient no matter what we've wanted to know. We're very glad we found this app for our store. And I'm confident our customers are, too.

Installed the app months ago. We had to halt production of our website while figuring out the best approach to continue for our company. We came back and our trial had ended spoke with the support team and they extended the trial for us. Instant reply when I asked my question and the backends UI is amazing and straightforward very professional group from my first impressions. Think this app is going to help us a ton with communicating with our customers while they are on our website.

Love the app, seamless integration and works great! I'll throw out some constructive criticism as a consumer as well as a seller. I would love to see some sort of minimize or auto-hide functionality for the text bubble that pops up next to the circle in the corner. It would allow clearer browsing of the website if the consumer chooses. Currently I don't have any text in that field as I prefer not having the bubble but if there was this increased functionality i'd totally bring it back. Thanks for all your work developing. Excellent tool. Easy to install and operate great with quite a few useful options. Really satisfied. One improvement that would be helpful is to allow the chat icon to be moved from its default position on the page by the user (particularly when it overlaps other page content).

It is good experience using this 3rd party app for my store. Support center is really responsive and supportive. I really recommend people use this app.
