We've done over 2000 auctions with this and it works great. The support team is great too. Rarely any issues over the years and always quick simple fix when we need help. Highly recommend.

I tried using othe auction apps that shopify recommend they didn't meet the requirements I was after, I found tipo so far so good, the customer service has gone above and beyond to help me. I'm looking forward in developing my shop and running auctions. Special shout out too Laura who made it the who process easy.

I used Tipo to auction off my artwork and everything worked perfectly! I love how it handles all the email notifications that go out to bidders. The support team is also quick to reply.

I've hosted multiple auctions with this app and it's been great. Support is phenomenal and timely with help. I had a new feature request and they were quick about implementing it.

While we are normally a straightforward band merchandise webstore, we run one or two auctions monthly for some limited "vault" items so our fans can get some one-of-a-kind products and memorabilia. They've been very few hiccups with the app, but if we ever do run into any issues, their customer service is top notch and we are always taken care of in less than a day!

We've been using this application for three years now. It is the best auction application on the market. The feature that sold us was the automatic bidding. It works wonderfully. The vendor does a great job addressing all of our issues in a timely manner. We have also provided many suggestions that they have implemented. Just a few of things that I'm not happy about. 1. They changed their pricing plan from # of auctions to # of auction orders. These orders increase drastically. 2. Every year, we run simulated auctions to ensure that everything is working and these count against our orders. No way to run simulations for free. 3. Bi-lingual experience is not the smoothest. If you are on any page and choose to change the language, the context changes and you are re-directed to the home page. You don't stay on the page you were.

It's the most intuitive app and most straightforward to install! I tried the others on the Shopify App store and all of them require expert/engineering knowledge to set up. I quickly uninstall the others and was delighted with the Tipo one. Also I had some minor things that I wanted to tweak and the support from Laura was awesome. Prompt support, very dedicated person. I highly recommend this app for auction.

I had a small hiccup on launch, but within 30 minutes Laura had me squared away and my site was set!

Video on how to start an auction was useless. Creating a "Profile" was easy but then the tutorial stopped there. No explanation on how to create a product through the app, create an auction, apply a product to a profile, or whatever else needed to get done to actually create a live auction. Don't have time to ask support how to figure out their unnecessarily complex process.
