We’ve had a really great experience with this app. In the beginning, we had some challenges getting it properly integrated with our local carrier, Danske Fragtmænd. The tracking wasn’t fully aligned with their system, which made it difficult to give customers accurate updates. However, the support team was incredibly responsive and solution-oriented. They took the time to understand our setup and worked closely with us to fix the integration issues. Now everything works exactly as it should. Tracking updates are accurate, reliable, and perfectly synced with Danske Fragtmænd, which has significantly improved our customer experience. Highly recommended if you’re running a store in Denmark and need solid tracking functionality
