I installed Track123 to give it a try, just for order tracking. It works awesome! I wish I knew of this sooner! Then I live chatted with Alex, 2am my time... 4am his time, and he responded right away and even made a couple nice changes on my order tracking page. I was astounded by his customer service! Highly Recommend!

Its FREE and works/ looks great. Super easy to install on your store and the dashboard is very easy to navigate.

Definitely a good app that looks professional. But be careful. The app now claims to be free. But soon you have to pay if you have more than 100 trackings. Https://t.17track.net/ gives 200 trackings for free.

I just wanted to drop a quick note and let you know how much I love your app. I recently switched over from RUSH tracking app and I couldn't be happier. Your app is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. I can't wait to see what new features you come out with in the future! I also wanted to mention that I noticed you will be introducing a paid plan in December. I hope that the pricing won't be too prohibitive, as I would hate to have to switch back to another app. Regardless, I want to thank you for creating such an amazing product and I can't wait to see what else you have in store!

I'm trying to get someone from customer service to help me. He's been helping me but he's not very responsive. It shows the wrong number of orders I have, it says I have 100 more orders than I actually do and it's eating up my quota. I need HELP NOW! My tracking is not updating.
