Track123 is just a great interface for customers and tends to provide the most up to date and lengthy tracking history for a shipment. Now I have it on two stores.
The features are still very good, but the Contact support button & Start live chat button still doesn't work. How can I easily contact you? Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I have checked several email addresses and haven't received any emails about Track123. Could you send me another email?

New to the app, but love my experience so far. The setup was easy and integrates perfectly. I was able to set up an independent tracking page for my customers to view their order status

Amazing app. 10/10. Tried using 5 different tracking apps and most of them aren't that good and cost money. This one is FREE and is way better than most tracking apps I've used. Highly recommend it, easy to use and easy to set up, has great customer support, and overall amazing app!

Amazing application. The setup is easy. Everything is user-friendly; you have the option to edit everything. The support team is prompt; if you have any problem they are available to resolve your issue. Overall a great application for tracking.

Installed easily and integrated well into the Shopify FLOW so we can email customers the day after their order is actually delivered. Added the tracking page to the top navigation bar which will make it easier for customers to track their order by Order number.
Really useful and easy to setup would recommend to any one looking to add a tracking page to their shop!

Such an amazing app for any type of Dropshipping business with the ability to obscure certain details you might not want your customers to see once an order is processed/shipped. Highly recommend to any new store looking for ways to improve their customer experience.
