I regret from paying a full year. The app crash constantly, is slow and the database is outdated. To get the last tracking I have to go to the carrier website anyway. It has about 1 day of delays.

Regarding the issues you mentioned: App crashes & slow performance: This is not expected behavior. Our team is actively monitoring system stability, and we’d really like to investigate your specific case to identify what’s causing this. Tracking delays (~1 day): In most cases, this depends on carrier update frequency and API sync intervals. However, a full-day delay is not typical for the majority of carriers we support, so we’d like to check this for you. Outdated tracking vs carrier website: We aim to sync tracking data as close to real-time as possible, and if there’s a discrepancy, it’s something we take very seriously. We previously reached out via email but haven’t heard back yet — we’d truly appreciate it if you could reply. We’re also happy to discuss a solution , including options related to your annual plan, once we fully understand the issue.
