The Trackify app has been a life saver as we became aware that Shopify analytics was not accurately tracking add to carts to guide our social media ads. Trackify is a solidly built and reliable app that simply get the job done and provides the necessary information about our customer journey. The setup was flawless and the support team has been friendly, patient and reliable on the few occasions that we had questions. Fully recommend especially if you're having issues with Shopify analytics, they are a great alternative.

You mentioned the person "Mavis" but we have never heard of the person "Mavis"... Can you please help us to understand the problem you were facing? We have sent you an email. I definitely recommend this app. It solves my problems and the customer support is great! I was helped even on a Sunday via zoom. Deepanjoy is a nice and friendly employee who helped me step by step.

As a non-developer I managed to install the pixel for Facebook and follow the steps in just 3-4 minutes. Wanted to make sure everything was correct so i contacted the support via chat and got a reply within 2 min and was offered a zoom call within 3 min. 10 min of zoom and one minor issue was found with my setup. That issue will prob. be resolved before I'm done with this review :-) Amazing support and so far very good app.
