I've been using Trackify for 7-8 months, and it has been great. It works really well when you want to create backup pixels. The best thing about this app is probably Deepanjoy the greatest customer support of all apps on Shopify (Or in general haha) 10/10 would recommend for everyone looking into keeping their pixel data secure.

I have been experimenting with tracking softwares for a while and Trackify X looked like a good solution. So I tested it out and I thought I was missing some stuff. I contacted the support on a Sunday, and had someone on a Zoom call to help me within 10 minutes. Deepanjoy helped me set everything up in 15 minutes and explained a lot of the features to me as well. I really appreciate that fast customer support! I would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Oustanding Customer Support! Deepanjoy called me when I need it even at Saturday Evening! I thought my pixel wasn't working well but he explained that it's because of my cache and it was resolved immediately. I've been using them for all my stores and to be honest, they've been working really well and I haven't face any major tracking issues even with iOS 14. Thanks guys!

Trackify is a "must-have" application in today's advertising environment! I recently installed the app and still learning my way around. Support is excellent also the training videos in the app. Again an awesome application and very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful support that is very important to our success using this app!

Great app and support. Helped us solve an issue with our pixel and also worked to integrate an app into their system. It's a better system to use than Shopify's native facebook integration if you're serious about marketing. Highly recommend.

I been using this app on all my stores! Its really simple to use. Customer support is also on point. I really like this app because i can track all my data from all the pixels i have. 10/10 highly recommended

i’ve been using TrackifyX for a while, but the recent experience has been terrible. The app simply hasn't worked for the last few days—it won't load/sync at all. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but they are completely unavailable. No replies, no updates, nothing. It’s unacceptable to have a broken product and zero support. I cannot recommend this app anymore
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We experienced a temporary server issue due to an unexpected core server failure from our server provider. Our engineering team resolved it the same day, and the app has been operating normally since. As many merchants were impacted at the same time, there was an unfortunate delay in our response. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

The Trackify app has been a life saver as we became aware that Shopify analytics was not accurately tracking add to carts to guide our social media ads. Trackify is a solidly built and reliable app that simply get the job done and provides the necessary information about our customer journey. The setup was flawless and the support team has been friendly, patient and reliable on the few occasions that we had questions. Fully recommend especially if you're having issues with Shopify analytics, they are a great alternative.
