Customer service was very supportive. Tanmay provided excellent assistance, ensuring everything went smoothly. The live chat also responded quickly and clearly whenever we had any concerns. Highly recommend their service!

Ive tried other apps but the results were bad. I don't know how trackify does it I only trust them for my reporting that i've now added it to all of my stores. It actually sends over the majority of the data which helps me scale my fb ads.

I used trackify to configure my facebook pixel, and also they were quick to make a videocall with me and make sure everything was configured properly and optimize the results.

I had some issues with my Facebook pixel correctly and accurately attributing events to my FB ads. Installed Trackify and resolved all the issues. Customer service/support has been most impressive. Trackify is a must have for FB ads.

Thanks for the awesome support. The best support and app so far! I was having a hard time finding an app for pixel tracking and API but this is the one you truly need. I'm having a bad experience with the app. In our first contact, they told that could resolve my problem after signing on the onboarding. Until now, I haven't resolved what I needed and didn't receive my onboarding call (I scheduled the meeting and they didn't show up, without saying anything before) I'll wait for this onboarding call and if everything's okay I'll change my review. For now, promised what they can't deliver. The app looks very little flexible and adaptable to the custommer's needs.

The support team is a nightmare, you can never wait for them to reply. Every time I build a new catalog by tag but couldn't sync to the facebook catalog set.

So far I enjoy using this app to see data that FB manager doesnt collect or show. Allows me to see what type of action my ads are really getting. Looking forward to seeing how it can help me target my audience better.
