I am new to this app and ran into a pixel issue while setting up the app. Mr. Deepanjoy and his team checked the issue and fixed the problem timely. Their customer service is great. I am satisfied with the customer service they provide.

Awesome app for perfect tracking! Also, awesome customer support which is very convenient when tracking issues (it's unavoidable, you'll get some) happen. After having tested many, I can only recommend this one!

I just started using the app. Customer service was awesome with the setup help. I watched the video but Facebook changed the way the integration looked. Dylan was very helpful, I look forward to using this app to better enhance my ads performance.

Great customer support answering questions. They give you zoom calls if you need it and walk through the process to make sure everything is properly set up. They helped me with couples of issues with my pixel which were not firing the right events. Also gift you support understanding the app... Great for checking my facebook stats. Thanks!

Ive tried other apps but the results were bad. I don't know how trackify does it I only trust them for my reporting that i've now added it to all of my stores. It actually sends over the majority of the data which helps me scale my fb ads.
