I'm having a bad experience with the app. In our first contact, they told that could resolve my problem after signing on the onboarding. Until now, I haven't resolved what I needed and didn't receive my onboarding call (I scheduled the meeting and they didn't show up, without saying anything before) I'll wait for this onboarding call and if everything's okay I'll change my review. For now, promised what they can't deliver. The app looks very little flexible and adaptable to the custommer's needs.

The support team is a nightmare, you can never wait for them to reply. Every time I build a new catalog by tag but couldn't sync to the facebook catalog set.

So far I enjoy using this app to see data that FB manager doesnt collect or show. Allows me to see what type of action my ads are really getting. Looking forward to seeing how it can help me target my audience better.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you had and understand how frustrating this must have been. Earlier this year, severe wildfires in the Los Angeles area unexpectedly impacted part of our infrastructure, which temporarily affected app availability and access for some merchants. Since then, we’ve taken strong corrective measures, including migrating to a more reliable hosting provider and adding additional safeguards to improve stability and uptime. We appreciate you sharing this feedback. We’re committed to providing a more reliable experience going forward.
Really good service, very helpful! Would recommend to anyone with setting up and tracking the Facebook pixel.

used this app to set up back up pixels, had a little trouble but customer service was quick and helpful!:) Update: i had an issue with duplicating the data and they were quick to fix the solution! Nothing but the best from them!

I had some duplicate pixel events and Trackify's customer support fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes!!!!! I highly recommend this app!

I had a tracking duplication problem (from the FB side) and they hopped on a zoom call with me to get it fixed as I was walked through it. That alone is scarce nowadays. I look forward to some good tracking!!!

So far tracks 90% of results! Super happy with it. Was confused at first since i thought it tracked revenue but you have to look at the results and divide by AOV to get ROAS
