Great User Expierience. The support is doing awesome, especially Dylan! A+++ will always use it! So Dylan guided me through the whole process and we set up everything. Every question was ansered in a very very professional way.

I had some duplicate pixel events and Trackify's customer support fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes!!!!! I highly recommend this app!

i used this app for just 10 days normally , yesterday i find the facebook pixel is not installed on my website, then the facebook connect is always off every time i open this app, it is good app if it doesnt have this problem ,

I had a tracking duplication problem (from the FB side) and they hopped on a zoom call with me to get it fixed as I was walked through it. That alone is scarce nowadays. I look forward to some good tracking!!!

So far tracks 90% of results! Super happy with it. Was confused at first since i thought it tracked revenue but you have to look at the results and divide by AOV to get ROAS

Insane service. I asked Dylan if my pixels are correct set up and he answered me in less than a minute that everything it's ready. And because i didn't remember very well how to set up events manager in my new BM and new store, i just asked him so maybe he knew about this. He said me let me share you a zoom call to help you. I got impressed. I said yes, i shared my screen and in 3' my events manager was ready. i was searching all the evening to do this and Dylan helped me in less than 5'. Thank you so much!!! What an experience!

I am writing this review about the support but specifically Tanmay B. AMAZING. He went above and beyond to fix the issues i was having, explained in detail and took his time so I understood everything as well. Idk what you pay your developers and support here but he deserves a raise! Was going to delete the app and Tanmay saved the day.

Trackify is a great app with great support! Using the app and the API is showing us pretty good results compared to the FB app in terms of tracking. The support is brilliant and pretty fast too.

Update on 7th September 2021 - The idea was to increase the facebook conversions, but sadly don't know why facebook conversions are all time low. Will wait for this month else will have to go back to facebook channel from shopify which was giving better results for free. Update on 25th September - we decided to uninstall trackify. Our ROAS dropped from 5 to 2.5 after this. Trackify team kept saying it's now because of trackify but, we find no other reason why ROAS should drop. After clicking clean uninstall, still code is lying on shopify. This is not a good app.

Trackify X Facebook Pixel app is an easy way to enable advanced matching and Conversion API for Facebook Pixel however there are some bugs in the Shopify Advanced version as evidenced by the fact that the typical support team reply is that they need to "check with developers" which then takes 24-48 hours and doesn't always resolve the issue. Apps that charge $99.99 per month should work, this one apparently still needs some more software development.

Before Trackify, I've been in back and forth with Facebook support and Shopify support trying to resolve a month long issue with double reporting conversion metrics which has affected our small business. They cant seem to solve it. So I decided to use Trackify and, voila, everything's back to normal. Their support is also commendable—very prompt and detailed. Thanks for all the help!
