This app automatically makes changes to your live theme as soon as it is installed without any notice or option to install in a dev theme. In our case, it completely wiped out our checkout.liquid file (Shopify Plus) making it impossible for customers to checkout. After reverting the code, just the action of opening the app broke it again. Please be extremely cautious if you want to try this app and work with a Shopify Expert to install and test on a dev environment first.

Excellent support. I struggled with tracking, but they are very helpful and it works now. I used a few weeks to try to track things with different apps, but did not work well. After I got trackify to work, it tracks everything. ALSO server side!

I need to update my initially positive review. Everything started amazing. Great setup support to lure us in. We set this up in 4 of our stores. But then just days later, the tracking broke completely. No conversions tracked, tracking was completely off. We couldn't fix it and had to turn off our ads. We reached out to support with an urgent request, our messages were read, but no one replied. Eventually, they did with a day delay promised to fix it, which never happened. Deleting this app now after 3 days of no support fixing the issue.

I have been using trackify for a few months now and their customer support is always on point! Like any software on the market, there's always glitches and hiccups. However, the team at trackify are always getting into the accounts and helping unlike other softwares where they just send you to a FAQ page. Thanks!

I've been using this app for over a year without needing their helpdesk support so all was ok. FB recently launched their new CAPI and I wanted to know how Trackify works with and supports this. It was a nightmare trying to get information from their email support. I received 1 or 2 word answers or responses that did not answer my questions. It's like they do not care about helping their customers (after I've been a paying customer for about 1.5 years) and it was a burden to answer my questions - I was very disappointed in my interaction with them and uninstalled the app immediately.
Shan: Thank you for your honest feedback! We always appreciate it when we can learn how to improve our app and our service. We are sorry that you had a bad experience with our help desk. The implementation of Server-Side events in Trackify is actually the easiest and most seamless in the industry. You literally just click a checkbox in the Pixel Engine page and it's done. Trackify was - again - first in implementing this cutting edge technology in Shopify, even before Shopify created their own basic pixel integration with "CAPI" as they call it. And just like with browser pixel events, Trackify again has a cutting edge over the basic Shopify/Facebook integration with regards to the Server-Side events. Since this technology is brand new, and Shopify has introduced additional confusion by merging the "CAPI" integration with sales channels and their "Facebook Marketing" app, our helpdesk wasn't completely up to speed yet to provide in-depth responses to your detailed questions that go beyond what we have in our help articles and videos. But if you would like to come back to Trackify, we will be happy to have a screen sharing call with you and walk you through everything in detail.

First, it's the easiest and most secure way to use Facebook Pixel without making mistakes or causing trouble. Second, the Trackify support is for sure the best and fastest out there. Love it!

Absolutely the best app to get the best out of your pixel data. The customer service is top-notch. Having Trackify is like amplifier for your pixel. I've tried a lot of stuff and I trust no-one better regarding the usage of my pixel and how to get better results then Thomas in Trackify. if using Star Wars reff I'd say he's Jedi (Pixel) master! In my opinion this is mandatory app for your ecommerce store!

This app has helped us scale 6x in the last year. It does so many things I'm not going to bother listing them. But the Best part is Thomas and his developers. Working in Shopify, when pretty much everything you want to do requires a 3rd party app and integrations that seem to constantly conflict, it's often hard to find an app developer who actually cares about his customers and takes pride in doing a good job. Many devs for apps ignore the problem, say that the problem you see in front of you isn't them or, sometimes, that it doesn't even exist. It almost feels like pulling teeth to get them to even look to see if there is a problem and then more teeth to get them to fix it - even when you're not upset and just want it fixed. Not with Thomas. You say something is wrong, show him with pics, and he's on it. He's fast, has great customer service and is very smart. Whenever there is a problem that could be caused by one of several integrations (as things are always updating and creating conflicting code) I always check with him. But, while most of the time it has nothing to do with Trackify in the end, due to his helpfulness and other devs unhelpfulness, over half the time it's usually him who figures out what's wrong so I can go to the other dev and tell them what to fix - which then fixes the situation. The tracking provided is the top and the additional audience-building tools and analytics offer greater ability to scale. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Great app. It is easy to use with great tutorial videos and the customer service is second to none. This is my second store using Trackify and it makes pixel tracking, custom audiences and LAA audiences much easier! Highly recommend
