We had a slight issue with over tracking, but the support team was great in getting it resolved so it looks like we're all set. Would definitely recommend!

-- Update -- The customer service reached out. After spending some time on our account, they suggested a workaround to our issue. We are still monitoring the changes. -- Update -- This app doesn't work. Two weeks ago we started having issues with our pixel. The values were not being recorded correctly and Facebook sent us a notification that our pixel has an issue. I contacted support for a few days now and no response. If this app charges a monthly fee, we expect good support.

I am writing this review about the support but specifically Tanmay B. AMAZING. He went above and beyond to fix the issues i was having, explained in detail and took his time so I understood everything as well. Idk what you pay your developers and support here but he deserves a raise! Was going to delete the app and Tanmay saved the day.

I installed Trackify and Dylan was GREAT help! He took the time to walk me step by step and made sure everything was set up correctly. I still have to see if Trackify fixes my Tracking issues after the IOS 14 update, but in terms of Customer Service Trackify is AMAZING.

Great Service. Support is quick to answer and will solve any issue with the app. Will not fix IOS14 tracking issue though.

I like the app and the support, I got this tech guy name Tanmay he was able to connect with me over zoom and started to work on some issues I had with my pixel at my store, he was very helpful and we solved the problem, thanks again.

Trackify is a great app with great support! Using the app and the API is showing us pretty good results compared to the FB app in terms of tracking. The support is brilliant and pretty fast too.

AVOID this! The tracking is horrible, Worst Customer Service EVERR!! the native Facebook App or any competitor is much better. By the way in Support chat when they don't know how to fix something they read your messages and ignore you without answering you ever again. Avoid and thanks me later
Hey Victor, This is Tanveer, Customer Success Manager. Thanks for raising your concern and I apologize for the issue you faced with Trackify. These types of things have never happened with Trackify and we always try to give 100% resolution to our clients. We generally ask for screen share calls if you are not getting right data because of certain settings that we need to check from the Facebook side as well. I understand you were not comfortable enough to come on call that's absolutely fine. The issue that you shared is related to FB rejecting your events for iOS devices, as Tanmay showed you that Trackify is showing the right data for your sales, and a lot of people facing issues for view content which is a common FB issue at the moment. If you felt like you are being ignored we sincerely apologize for this, it's just we have limited support on weekends. Really sorry for the frustration you have gone through. Update on 7th September 2021 - The idea was to increase the facebook conversions, but sadly don't know why facebook conversions are all time low. Will wait for this month else will have to go back to facebook channel from shopify which was giving better results for free. Update on 25th September - we decided to uninstall trackify. Our ROAS dropped from 5 to 2.5 after this. Trackify team kept saying it's now because of trackify but, we find no other reason why ROAS should drop. After clicking clean uninstall, still code is lying on shopify. This is not a good app.

This app is only one solution today to connect Shopify with Facebook via cAPI correctly. Everything works good and if there are some minor issues, their support is always on top, and they help to fix them in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Very good application. I was having tracking problems and then I contacted customer support and they helped me fix the problem through a zoom call. I highly recommend this product
