I started out on this app frustrated, as pixels are not my strong suite when it comes to ecommerce. However, through the step-by-step video tutorials and PHENOMENAL live customer service (shoutout to Tanmay!) I had all my questions answered and everything had been cleared up. I look forward to using the app on my Shopify journey!

Took a few minutes to setup, there are other competing apps available but I think what makes Trackify stand out is their superior customer service. I had a ton of questions in terms of getting the setup right, used their live chat and got all of my questions answered. Would highly recommend.

Amazing App! I wonder why it is not widely known. This is a MUST for all general stores in different niches, otherwise your pixel will never be as clean and exact as your competitions. Also quick, friendly support and clear instruction. Highly recommend

This app just keeps getting better and better. Trackify X is crucial to gaining more insights and optimization with the Facebook pixel. The catalog uploader is stupid simple to use. Being able to create multiple lookalike audiences is worth it's weight in gold. We have OCU from Zipify and the support from Trackify was fantastic! I can't recommend this app enough.

lol, just lol . I don't recomand this app at all, well this is the lamest customer service i ever met, i just asked questions and i got only seen for hours, then asked again and again seen... what's wrong with you guys?

The app offers really advanced features that seasoned marketers will certainly enjoy. You can basically do whatever you want with the FB pixel. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the UI is not very intuitive and requieres a long learning curve. The documentation is abundant but not always updated, and again it's not organized enough and has a lack of hierarchy. Learning to use this app will require quite a lot of your time and maybe you'll feel some frustration trying to find the video that explains what you exactly want to do. The good point is that once you understand how to use it... The possibilities are almost limitless. I would like to suggest the the creator to improve the UI/UX (maybe hiring an external consultant?) and also to try to update, tidy and organize the documentation. With this improvements, IMO, it would be a 10/10 app.

HIGHLY recommend this app . Support was great. Is amazing to have stronger capabilities than just facebook alone. For those of you that take your advertising seriously this is a must.
