10/10 customer support! Their customer service just spent around 2 hours of helping me understand problems with my store. Now it is all 100% working - all events are going to FB in a proper manner! This app fires couple useful extra events like product customization and have all features you need to provide your FB pixel all needed and advanced things!

I was excited at first because it was recommended by a good friend. Followed all the steps in the videos but some of them aren't updated and missing information. Contacted support, they took a day just to tell me to turn off my ad blocker... It was really weird, they have a "clean uninstall feature" which is suppose to delete all code... yet I tried it and it doesn't remove all the code. Been contacting support since but they take forever... Will be looking for another option.

it will fuck up ur facebook pixel coding if u opt to switch out so then you will have to be forced to use them.

I never write reviews but the ease of use and the immediate customer service response from the creator of the app is astounding. The app is seamless, their FAQs cover everything, highly recommend.

Danny and the support staff at Trackify made it very easy for me to clean up my page and find the duplicate pixels. Although my journey is not over they provided great support and that says a lot about a company that is willing to help their customers at a moments notice.

When dealing with your FB Pixel at the same time when lots of ads are running is a bit scary. I was worried about which app to use and have tried others that had issues like double reporting to FB in ads manager or not firing on checkout steps on the checkout page. But the customer service made it easy… they just went in and helped me install and get everything working just right. They have exceeded beyond any of my expectations. Happy customer for life! I had some issues with the older version of Trackify, and Thomas recommended I try out TrackifyX. I'm very happy with how proactive and helpful both him and Danny have been. It's great to see developers that actually care and what to see you succeed. Highly recommended. This software is powerful and absolutely necessary to scale your business up in my honest opinion.

My review is on the set up since we just installed it. I will say that it is the EASIEST app I have ever installed. The developer placed tutorial videos in each section and they were so helpful. I did have a bit of a bump in the road when installing it but they were very responsive in helping me. The app was recommended by a marketing professional and she spoke very highly about it so I can't wait to see how it performs!

The app seems to work at first , but i'm having issues with my pixel after installed, and the support is not even answering my questions , I did send messages days ago , and did not hear from them. I Can't recomend this app beacuse I'm not having a good experience + the support doesn't work.

And there were MANY interactions with you. Please consider editing or removing your review as the main issue seems to have been lack of support which we don't find to be justified. I was having all sorts of trouble with my Facebook Pixel so I installed this app. I'm glad I did – it's the best app I've installed this year! First: It just works. But as importantly, the video walkthroughs for installation and throughout the app are clear and thorough. Plus, customer service is responsive and clear (and patient!). All around, a great experience.

Pathetic customer support. The app founder is also the one of the customer service executive even if he's online he'll not reply to your queries. Also very egoistic and blatantly refused to solve my problem told me that it is facebook problem
If you check the other reviews you'll notice that our customer service is usually getting the highest praises. Rarely users have such a bad attitude and are impatient with Facebook features that they won't take the time to learn how things work and rather blame the app or the support or whatever... We don't really have any further explanation or apology in this case. Just moving on and doing our best.

Not only is Trackify Awesome for what it does, the customer service is incredible. I spent thousands of dollars a day on Facebook and had an issue with my pixel not firing correctly (this was BEFORE I installed Trackify). Their customer service team immediately fixed my issue and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Trackify!

Trackify is an incredible app and comes with fantastic customer service. I had some initial troubles setting everything up that were my fault and the support team was nothing but helpful.

The tracking is extremely easy to implement and their support is fantastic. The one minor issue I had they were able to fix for me asap!
