Good support. Quick answers. It's actually the best tracking app in its price range. Easy to install and use, I recommend.

This app was working fine on my shop and after a few months stop working now is saying orders not found, I try contacting support but not help from them at all.

Marius, Our APPs is working now for Canada Post, but it has been charged twice, as I uninstall once and reinstall, could you please help me for that?

super quick and easy set up for your stores. Customers can easily find where to track their orders! Great app

The app does what it promises - order tracking info is easily available to customers. We had some problems with the initial setup but Marius offered an outstanding support to make sure the app runs smoothly on all our shops.

The customer support on this app was amazing. Marius helped me with the shipping confirmation email. I definitely recommend it!

It doesn't even work.... I tried installing it over again. Clearing cookies...etc. Nothing. Can someone help me out here?

I dont know why but for me the app was not working. But everything was easy to install.. Also the support are quick and easy to contact.

No way of cancelling my plan and it is frustrating... Sort it out and stop charging people on the backgroung!

The hardest thing about Trackr app is clicking the button to install it. That's is how easy it was to have an efficient app that you and your customers will appreciate. Trackr runs your parcel tracking, you run your Shopify store. Too easy.

I emailed twice to get some support with adding this app. Unfortunately I got no response nor did the app work. Uninstalled

0 stars if possible... The page keeps on loading and loading and loading that I had customers e mailing me asking about their shipment status that our tracking doesn't work and I tested it and they are correct Atleast if you charge, make sure it works.

Amazing customer support. I had installed a few other apps but either ran into inflexible support or none at all. We are a fashion company and the branding is in the details. The support team went above and beyond to make customized changes tot heir app so that it fit on our site seamlessly. A+!

I have a store using this app. I’ve written to the Trackr support team numerous times about a very important issue affecting tracking on my page and they haven’t responded to any of my messages.

Fantastic customer service. The staff really went the extra mile to help me out with my issues. Even though the problem wasn't fully resolved (problem with shopify not Trackr) I felt as though they were trying their best to see if they could help. Very happy overall.

This is an amazing app! I shopped around at first but wish i had just saved my time and gone with Trackr in the first place. It is supper easy to use works perfectly. It has lots of other features that others would charge you extra for. The team have been great, they have helped me with some tricky custom coding. I couldn't be happier with how it looks and works thank you guys.
