Tracktor Order Tracking

This app is exactly what i was looking for. I needed custom updates such as "part is being designed" "part is being fabricated" and this is the only app I could find with these. The support team were so helpful in editing my tracking page. I wasn't font sizes changed and colors and their turn around was so quick. Thank you so much!!

Had some issues with tracking updating at first but their live chat helped me fix it within an hour. I'd definitely recommend this app to help keep customers updated on their order status.

This app has resolved all tracking issues of my store. It has helped my customer a great deal. Customer satisfaction has increased.

I installed the app with the intent of integrating it into our site. Unfortunately, the tracking app loads from the shopify side so customizing the look an feel of the application page & results was limited for our purposes. Simply no way to do and page customization as it did not create an editable page wrap where you could bring in elements around what was being loaded into the page. Functional, but limiting if you're looking to do customization on the actual tracking page.

This app was easy to install but I faced some issues to show on my homepage which was quickly fixed by Shoppad within 24 hours as I wanted my customers to have access quickly to track their shipments. Shoppad staff responded quickly to my request to be able to see all shipment tracking summary at a glance rather than checking on individual orders. Good work ! Only 1 more step to go to see the tracking status on shopify order admin instead of having to go to the app. Hope this can be done soon !

Works perfectly and I am able to keep track of all my shippings. Especially now that I had a carrier that was not comprised in the ordinary ones of Shopify

First I tried Aftership which might be good but doesn't work for dropshipping is my experience. Deeper research brought me to this app and I can't say enough about the app and the support!!!! I put in a request and when I got up it was setup for me, all my questions were answered, my demands were met and more. Totally wholeheartedly recommended. I really don't bashing any other app but save yourself a headache and just go with this one.

Under free trial now but so far everything has been great! The customer success member helped me set everything up very quickly

Good tracking interface. Very good also that it allows custom order statuses. Nice to have a free plan that gives 10 orders per month, but it would have been nice to have more. The downside to the app is that even the Starter plan does not give email notifications. I opine that for that amount, it should. One shouldn't have to go to the Professional tier to have notifications. But then, I still would have upgraded to Professional if only the notifications would also be sent out for my custom statuses. I really wanted to continue with this app, but after communicating with the developers, who were very responsive by the way, it doesn't appear my desired features would be coming anytime soon.

Nice app, but extremely frustrating customer support and upgrade experience. CS will tell you that all data during free trial would be wiped out, no proactive suggestion or advice till we chase, they just ask you to say goodbye forever to your all-gone data. Do not really know if we should continue with this app even though we have already paid for the upgrade. No one is getting back to me and explain clearly where my data has gone. We are having some trust issue with the app.
