I discovered this application by chance and I must admit that it is the best to track your package. The service is top notch, the operation of setting up the tracking links was fast and I strongly recommend again for your actions.

First I tried Aftership which might be good but doesn't work for dropshipping is my experience. Deeper research brought me to this app and I can't say enough about the app and the support!!!! I put in a request and when I got up it was setup for me, all my questions were answered, my demands were met and more. Totally wholeheartedly recommended. I really don't bashing any other app but save yourself a headache and just go with this one.

Tracktor is a great app and ShopPad offers excellent support! I appreciate the integration with OrderlyEmails and the Mission Control feature. Give it a try!

Good tracking interface. Very good also that it allows custom order statuses. Nice to have a free plan that gives 10 orders per month, but it would have been nice to have more. The downside to the app is that even the Starter plan does not give email notifications. I opine that for that amount, it should. One shouldn't have to go to the Professional tier to have notifications. But then, I still would have upgraded to Professional if only the notifications would also be sent out for my custom statuses. I really wanted to continue with this app, but after communicating with the developers, who were very responsive by the way, it doesn't appear my desired features would be coming anytime soon.

Nice app, but extremely frustrating customer support and upgrade experience. CS will tell you that all data during free trial would be wiped out, no proactive suggestion or advice till we chase, they just ask you to say goodbye forever to your all-gone data. Do not really know if we should continue with this app even though we have already paid for the upgrade. No one is getting back to me and explain clearly where my data has gone. We are having some trust issue with the app.

Super cool! Installation was easy and for the carrier mapping, I needed some help as well as for some design aspects of the tracking page. This is BY FAR!! the fastest customer service/chat I've ever experienced.

Tracktor recognizes so many carriers which is what we needed to ensure customers were getting correct tracking information. Plus fantastic customer service.

We have used this app for a few months now and can truly say that this app is brilliant. Highly recommend it!! You can track the status of all your orders directly in one place!! The dashboard is BRILLANT you can filter your orders by order number, status of delivery, date etc. Before we were using Oberlo and AliExpress which was getting tedious!! I would also like to say a special thanks to Matt for his support and OUTSTANDING service. He was very professional, quick and very responsive in dealing with our queries and questions in a timely manner!!

I am at a loss for words - because I have been looking for an app like this for 1.5 months! After trying app after app, wasting money and just "ok" support - this app and support completely blew my mind! As a dropshipper, I needed support for multiple carriers, and needed to control the information that appears to better my customer experience. It is almost like this app was built FOR dropshippers, because they offer everything I didn't even know I needed. The support (Matt) is exceptional - willing to help with anything you need and proactively offering solutions and adjustments to ensure the app is a PERFECT fit for you. I am so sad it took me so long to find them, but I can truly relax now knowing my customers' #1 inquiry will be answered by their app, giving me time back to work on my business. So, it pays for itself. Thank you guys!

Alan has been very helpful in setting up the app, and helped with any issues. The app has been great in cutting down emails, and is highly efficient for our business :)
