Good app, it works pretty well and do what we ask for it. Very useful when you do dropshipping and you don't want your customer see where the product come from. Support very reactive, when you have a tracking problem they will resolve it quickly.

Very well designed app and UI - I use a third party logistics partner so it needed a bit of modification to get working but the support team were very efficient in getting this up and running. I have had ZERO order tracking related queries since onboarding Tracktor and it is amazing.

Highly recommend Tracktor Order Tracking by ShopPad. It came suggested from my online research and have to say I was overly impressed with how easy it was to install and setup in our e-commerce store. Great value add for customers, and save time on not having to follow up with postal services. Also their support team are responsive and helpful too if you have any queries.

I used the helpdesk, because the tracking of one carrier didn't work. I told the carrier name and an order nummer and they fixed it on the fly. Great work, thank you.

Highly recommended. They set it all up for me and for customer view. All looks good! If you want to provide your customers good service and limit support questions and shipping problems get this app!

Tracktor is my favorite Order Tracking Application. I have used it for about 3 years now and have ZERO complaints about the application or the support team. It's an extremely simple application to set-up, but when it came to anything complicated, I would reach out to the Tracktor Team and they would help set it up for me! I had the pleasure of meeting Mandy H. today who is a fantastic member of Tracktor and provided me with exceptional and efficient service. I would recommend Tracktor 6 out of 5 stars!

I've been using the Tracktor app since Nov. 2020. I dropship from AliExpress using Oberlo and this app functions beautifully with my business model. I've had experience with the app itself and also the customer support and I don't have anything bad to say. I've been able to contact support to help me with the setup and hid the word "AliExpress" from my customer's tracking page as a carrier. This app allows you to see your average "days to delivered" per carrier so you can update your shipping policy page accordingly and quote shipping times better. Also, I was able to code in some notices on the tracking page on my site to let customers know of any shipment delays that might be going on along with our customer support email should they have any questions. You can also hide certain, locations if you don't want your customer to see that their package is coming from China, but I leave that alone, I want my customers to know where their package is coming from, transparency is important to us. It's just a great app and it helps to curb all those "Wheres my order?" emails we love so much, ha!

Tracktor is an invaluable asset in building trust and integrity with our customers. Particularly, as tracktor integrates directly into the web site. The app comes with a thorough and easy to implement step by step shopify integration outline, so we were able to set up tracktor within the shortest time as well as customize it according to our brand guidelines ourselves. Our customers are already using it. All our forwarders integrate perfectly as well.

Signed up in February. Had Tractor team install which took a day. So far it's operating beautiful. I'll report more next month.

I really love Tracktor, it's been a great addition to my store. It makes it easy for customers to check the status of orders and it links nicely with vendors I dropship from.

It works pretty well out of the box and support was quite fast. However they do overcharge on usage fees due to their definition of what an order is. If you are a store like us that has a lot of unpaid orders that are cancelled or orders that do not require shipping, you will get charged on all of those too. In my view it doesn't much make sense to charge tracking management for an order that does not require shipping and will never be shipped. We did raise this with them and they don't want to change their definition as they say it would affect other stores using the app too i.e. they must be overcharging a lot of stores and don't want to lose that revenue. UPDATE: Their reply below is factually incorrect. They charge for unpaid orders. Very deceptive to admit it privately and pretend it's not happening on the review page. Come on guys, be honest!

All orders except for the following are considered a billable order: Shopify POS orders Test orders placed using the bogus gateway Digital orders that don't require shipping Usage charges are processed by Shopify every 24 hours based on the number of orders. With the current billing system, it is not possible to identify canceled orders. THIS COMPANY DIDN'T HONOR LEGACY PLAN FOR FOUNDER SUCH SHAMEFULL PRATICE! Stay away, they billing model charge you per month + per order. So you will have tons of usages fees on your monthly statement.
We have always honored any legacy billing for all merchants. For our current plans which offer more flexibility, there is a per order charge. Shopify billing practices are to process usage charges every 24 hours and individually list charges on the invoice. Your monthly Shopify invoice will include one total usage charge and a subscription fee. The app itself is quite useful where tracking is concerned, but so are most other tracking apps worth their salt. What puts Tractor apart is their client service. They are very happy to adjust their app to your specific needs and if you have any issues, they will sort it out very quickly. A++ for Tracktor and team!!
