Super customer service :) Giselle was really helpful General things about the app is fine however if some features is added it would be great. Most critical one is: Ability to automatically translate or change the photos or videos in product descriptions.

I try several app for translation before. But this app is the best for the price. I would recommend to use DeepL Api for a perfect tranlation.

I love this app! I was hesitating between this and another translation app. I tried this and for now, I am really really satisfied! Transcy app is very easy to use, they have many options to customize your settings and make your store look more unique, professional and lovely. The customer support is really available 24/7, which is a plus when you need assistance urgently. I would 100% recommend, without any hesitation!

Later Later Update: They found a solution for me :) LATER UPDATE: After 10 hours, customer support can't help me translate a page. I lost a lot of time. I swear to god if there would be another app that does what Transcy does, I would switch! Initial review: Had a problem that was fixed eventually by customer support.

From customer service to the pricing everything was beyond terrible. I'm being charged for +70 usd although my plan is supposed to charge much less. I've uninstalled it, and it still charges me. I don't know how to stop this and there is no help.

For making it clear, you activated the monthly Growth plan as 29.9 and then you bought more product quota, it accounted for 43.9, so it's the main reason why you got the total app charge of 73.8. Disappointing Experience with Transcy AI : I had a really frustrating experience with Transcy AI. The app was difficult to use and plagued with multiple bugs. I initially chose a plan to test it out, but due to all the issues, I ended up uninstalling it. After a month, I decided to give it another try and pick the plan that suited my needs, only to be told that I couldn’t have a free trial anymore. Even though I couldn't use it properly the first time because of the bugs, they insisted I pay upfront. They have all the data of my previous use, yet they expect you to pay for something you never really got to test. On top of that, their customer service takes a long time to respond. Honestly, for an app with such a reputation, this is far from professional. I cannot recommend Transcy AI due to their lack of flexibility, especially when it was their fault in the first place.

this is suck.If you are an e-commerce website, please translate product titles and URLs as needed. Because Google will determine that your translated products are new products, which will cause your store to have thousands of more products. Don't translate pictures either, because the last picture will be retained in this app. If you change your picture, it will not be displayed on your front page, and your website will always display your last picture. If this app gives a lot of translation options, then there should be prompts next to the options so that novices can make relevant judgments. But there was nothing, which caused some problems on my website.
