Bugs, bugs, bugs 2-3 bugs per week, they have very fast customer service actually but i need to keep an eye on this app every day so that it doesnt destroy our company, there was a bug where it was duplicating the price digits from 98 to 9998 and made zero sales on that day trying to figure out what was going on... turns out that Transcy had ANOTHER one bug...

Went down to not usable. It seems that there is a random translation within Transcy. If we translate e.g. "Warensicherung" (German) to English in Google translator the result is correct with (Merchandise security) but when we use Google within Transcy the result is "Conservation" which makes absolutely no sense. When we want to use Deepl as translator we need to upgrade from starter to Advanced which means the four times price.... Update: 12/2025: We pay 575USD anually but now need to pay for each translation if it should be a little good. So, why pay 575 USD anually when you are forced to pay each translation.

I needed the dropdown menu to be integrated into the header of my webshop only showing the language flag. Within minutes I was helped by Polaris from support. The app navigation is not the most intuitive, and manual translation almost always result in a coding error -- these two problems mean that I always have to contact their customer service, which is actually the strongest aspect of the app -- their chat is very active, and someone always responds in minutes. However, it would be neat if that wasn't necessary, and some of the bugs weren't there.
