I needed the dropdown menu to be integrated into the header of my webshop only showing the language flag. Within minutes I was helped by Polaris from support. I mentioned the look and feel and after 20 minutes it was already working in my shop. Had to give her 5 stars for the swift help she gave me.

The app navigation is not the most intuitive, and manual translation almost always result in a coding error -- these two problems mean that I always have to contact their customer service, which is actually the strongest aspect of the app -- their chat is very active, and someone always responds in minutes. However, it would be neat if that wasn't necessary, and some of the bugs weren't there.

This is the perfect app for translating into various languages. Some parts can be a bit confusing, but their online live chat is very efficient at solving problems.
