Great customer service. A little pricey,but overall good. The website can improve a bit on manual translation - it can be easier with better editing features on the website.

Great and fast support! Thanks again. I had two problems and they solved one immediately and gave the other one as a bug ticket to their IT department who will sort this out together with Shopify now.

My experience with this app has been really positive. Besides the fact that this app gets the job done, their customer service team is helpful and very responsive. Recently I had an issue on my website and Andy and Seri got it resolved in less than 24 hours. I can say they are very reliable.
