the machine translation is not correct, there is no response from customer services , app slower down speed , hard to use
Hi there, This is Henry and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience causing to your experience In relation to your concerns as following: 1. For the machine translation, it's a known issue that we are using an AI Translation System including Google, so sometimes quality will not meet customer's expectation due to specific language/context/situation/business industry. However, we guarantee that the system is being upgraded frequently, and the quality keeps improving when time goes 2. As we have seen one of our colleagues has replied to your question for a few minutes and sent follow-up emails two times, even if we have realized you read email, but you might miss our emails, please kindly recheck your email box 3. For the loading speed, generally the more third parties you install, the lower speed your page is, so when you installed our app which also needs code inserting on your theme to work , so it's inevitable to make your page speed lower. Here, we follow Shopify's regulations on store page speed to minimize the impact on users' store. I've had great customer support with the app so far! My site is. still pre-public, but my currency/language switcher seams to be working very well. Unfortunately I can't get it to embed and match the theme of my site, but I am happy with the look of the alternative banner I've gone for

Amazing App and even better support. I have never left a review before on an App but with Transcy I have to. I have been planning to translate our website for a long time and researched every app before doing so, I tried a few before trying transcy and the others were just not very easy to use or didn't have the full features that transcy does for editing. Support to set up the dropdown selector within our theme was done quickly. Needed assistance with another setting to disable the popup selector and Polaris check our setup and showed us how to disable it. Again quick assistance. So far the app works well. I would suggest reaching out for assistance if you aren't sure how to use the app.

I highly recommend the Transcy App for Shopify! It has proven to be an indispensable tool for my international business strategy. The app is user-friendly, responsive, and makes translating and localizing the store a breeze. However, what really sets this app apart is the outstanding customer service.
